Just 8 kilometers from Lake Chiemsee and Lake Simssee. Centrally located between Munich and Salzburg and away from the hustle and bustle and in every season.

The beautiful spa town of Bad Aibling can be reached in 5 minutes by car, Munich and Salzburg in about 1 hour. Whether wellness in the thermal baths of Bad Aibling or Bad Endorf, whether hiking, cycling, skiing, excursions in the nearby surroundings or walks right outside our front door in beautiful nature, Karina and Andreas welcome you warmly!

The spacious cozy studio apartment, which extends over 130 sqm over 2 levels ( 1st and 2nd floor ), is accessible via its own external staircase. It is located in the former tenement area of a farm in Höhenmoos. This tranquil place with an exceptional view is perfectly situated for recreation in nature ( mountains, lakes, cross-country skiing, cycling) and excursions in the area ( Chiemsee, Simssee, Samerberg, Rosenheim, Munich, Salzburg).

Enjoy your vacation in the circus trailer on our property. In front of the circus trailer there is a "small garden" with two seats that can be used depending on the condition. We live on the outskirts of Breitbrunn, about 800 m from Lake Chiemsee. This can also be reached quickly on foot on beautiful paths. Breitbrunn is a small village surrounded by meadows, forests and lakes.

Our place is in Rosenheim and is located in the middle of Munich/Salzburg. The Inntal triangle towards Austria and Italy/Brenner is approx. 5 minutes away. Lake Chiemsee and the mountains can be reached in about 20 minutes.
