The apartment is located at the foot of the Donaustaufer Burgberg, near the Valhalla and not far from the World Heritage site of Regensburg. The apartment is suitable for friends, couples, families with children, business travellers, cyclists, solo travellers... actually for everyone. We live in the same house and look forward to getting to know you!

Eingebettet in kraftvolle Natur, gleich vor der Haustür. Mein großer Naturgarten liegt direkt am Waldrand. Da ist genügend Platz, um auch ungestört für sich zu sein. The 32 m² apartment can accommodate up to 3 people. The beautiful design of the furniture gives our apartment its special charm. The dining and kitchen area are the center of the apartment. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven and coffee maker. An electric kettle and toaster are a matter of course. There is one double bed and a sleeping couch. The initial laundry equipment with bed linens and towels is included in the rental price. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Beautiful, quiet and bright apartment with terrace and private entrance. Through the separate outdoor entrance you can reach the apartment in the basement of the house. It offers a living room with dining table, chairs and kitchen and an exit to the terrace. In the hallway there is a wardrobe and plenty storage space. The bathroom comes with a shower, toilet as well as a large washbasin. Directly attached (without a door) is the bedroom with 1.40m bed and wardrobe.

Your accommodation is located southwest of the city centre and is in the "Grüne Mitte" - an exceptionally large and green residential quarter in the Kumpfmühl district. The old town can be reached by bus, bike or car in about 10 minutes. The apartment is located 2.6 km from the city centre/ approx. 30 minutes on foot. The accommodation, which consists of a 35 sqm living and sleeping area including bathroom, can be reached via a separate entrance (terrace).
