Former stable of the estate, this independent, air-conditioned cottage has a terrace with pergola and we provide you with our swimming pool (7.2 m x 3.7 m).

At the foot of the Black Mountain between Carcassonne and Narbonne, in one of the most beautiful villages of Minervois; I offer a studio attached to my home. Ideal for four people, you will be in a quiet area. Walks in the typical alleys of Caunes, the visit to the Gouffre de Cabrespine, the Cathar castles, the city of Carcassonne or simple hikes in the mountains, as well as Minervois wine tastings await you a stone's throw from here.

Studio l'Obrador 25 m2 + Kitchen, pool access

In order to rest or work in peace, we welcome you to the Obrador. (The Occitan Workshop) that we have set up for your comfort. The studio, with independent access, includes a large bed (160 x 200) and two bunk beds (90 x 190), which can accommodate parents with children. The bathroom consists of two sinks, a walk-in shower, private toilet and towel dryer. You will benefit from the well-being of our swimming pool (safe for children).

La Forge - absolute calm with a view of the Pyrenees

La Forge is an intimate wood-and-stone tiny home designed for a fully immersive nature escape. With panoramic Pyrenean views, it’s a peaceful space to slow down, rest, and reconnect. Inside: a double bed, equipped kitchen, workspace, wifi, and a wood-burning stove. A private dry toilet is attached, with a full bathroom in the nearby shared house. Enjoy the terrace, and optional organic table d’hôte or wellness sessions.

Only 25 minutes from Carcassonne and its city and 35 minutes from Narbonne and its beaches We provide you with 5 large bedrooms. A 6th double room is possible (on request in advance and at extra cost). The house is located in a village with some local shops (bakery, tobacco shop, Carrefour supermarket).

Completely renovated, and enlarged by fitted shipping containers, isolated and tastefully decorated. A high-end Jacuzzi SPA and its container, the brazier and the garden elements await you on the terrace.

Property with heated pool. Fenced property. Possibility of parking vehicles on the property, including a camper. Pets are welcome and safe on the enclosed grounds. Possibility to accommodate horses on a plot of about 80 ares and shaded. The cottage is suitable for people with reduced mobility.
