Monthly Rentals in Riley Family Duck Pond

Roam Rentals was very responsive throughout our entire stay. We stayed at this property for a couple of months and it was amazing. So neat and great location in the city. The underground parking is great in the cold and snow. Highly recommend staying here!

There’s not enough good things I can say about this place! James was a wonderful host - very responsive and super accommodating. Irene was also very lovely and I really appreciate her hospitality coming to change the sheets every other week and restock the apartment (as I was a long term stay). I am eternally grateful to both James and Irene for making me feel so at home in a new city and as a student - thank you both so much for everything!! :)

The place was exactly as described. It was a cozy place. Was perfect for me and my dog. Fenced yard was a nice feature. Busier street so some noise from the traffic, but overall it was good location and it was very clean!

Among other things, two stood out for me: the apartment was neat, and Yommy was very welcoming and responsive. Overall, I had a beautiful stay.
