Only hillside colonia in Guayabitos of nice homes. Nice easy 10 minute walk to beach and centro. We have great ocean views. We have birds, tajones, racoons, foxs, hawks, ducks, hummingbirds and iguanas. We have a variety of fruit trees, avacadoes, lechi, coco palms, bread fruit, passion fruit vines, and tropical plants. But the pool is the best, it sits right on the edge of the cliff! Definitely a family favorite! This colonia has little traffic and very safe, completely walled property.
