Very good location, central, restaurants a few steps away, if you like the party, you have the bars just nearby, the accommodation is just like the description and the photos. Bella is always attentive to what was needed and in constant communion.

It was a pleasant experience, a lot of privacy and the fact that it is only adults makes the accommodation more pleasant as there is almost no noise, the neighborhood is very safe.

Miguel's place is nicely located in a quiet part of Alta Vista. The surrounding greenery adds to the charm of its location. The property is comfortable and well equipped with lots of space. The jewel is the private pool and lounging area which is perfect for relaxing on a hot afternoon. Although the last block up to the house is a steep climb/drive, it's close to numerous restaurants and shopping opportunities. Miguel was very helpful and responded to any questions we had and also worked quickly to resolve an issue with the AC. Highly recommended for travellers who appreciate the vibe of the old town and Zona Romantica.

Gabriela and Fani were great, very responsive when we had an issue with the tv. Great place to stay and very friendly people live around there.

Excellent location, it's the same as the shared photographs, Yoli is always attentive, good communication with her. The pool area has a wonderful view and the water is warm! At reception they took care of us quite well We will definitely be back!!!

I absolutely loved this Air bnb! It was literally a dream! There was a minor hiccup with wrong instructions, I ended up being in the wrong unit but Micaela was very responsive and attentive so I really appreciated that. There is a bar/restaurant downstairs and things to do within walking distance so I think it’s really worth it. I would definitely stay here again!

Jamie’s home is amazing! The place was incredibly clean, beautifully maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The view was absolutely breathtaking! I highly recommend staying here, we had a wonderful time and will be back in the near future!

We had a great stay at Ismaels place. The house was very nice—clean, comfortable, and well-kept. The pool was definitely a highlight—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sun. The house is adorable, kitchen small but stocked well. There is someone who cleans the house which is very nice and well stocked with linens blankets paper towels, toilet paper, soap etc. location is so perfect. Laura helped us with anything we ever needed and was extremely quick to communicate and help.

When we 1st arrived our impression!! Wow! Beautiful landscape and 2 pools! Owner lives on the top section of home and there’s other units on front side were you enter that are more like a suite unit 2 beautiful pools and beautiful few like being on a mountain top looking down onto the town of Sayulita. Our unit was a 3 bedroom bungalow it was nice with beautiful view but a little dated with kitchen items. We had some hippcups with water but Suzanne did her best to manage the best she could. We ended up eating out every day but restaurants were tasty. We would definitely return we felt very safe there and view is amazing. Suzanne was very sweet and accommodating. If you want total privacy this is not for you. Staff is always there if you need something. Thank you for having us!😘

Right in the heart of old town Punta Mita. Walkable to the beach, to local food spots, and to the more commercial strip. The common area was a little hot in May, but it was always possible to escape to the AC rooms or dip in the pool. Melanie was super responsive to questions and made us feel right at home.

The apartment is located 2 minutes from Soriana, which is very convenient, it is 15 minutes from the beach, and the place is very quiet and safe, The photos match the place, everything is very nice and very clean, we arrived a little early and we were able to enter without any problems, Vania was very kind :) It is also a 10-minute walk from the airport, that's great!

Alvaro is an excellent host, great communication prior to arrival and when we arrived as well. Condo is impeccably clean, very well appointed from snorkeling gear, wine opener, pool towels, hammocks for relaxing, great pressure and temp of showers, blackout blinds, appreciated the AC. Little things that go a long way like games, puzzles, binoculars for viewing. Alvaro has the place beautifully decorated, whimsical art work and beautiful workmanship on the wooden doors throughout the condo. Kitchen very well stocked. Sayan is an amazing property. Security is awesome, so helpful getting cabs. Service was excellent in the roof top bar and restaurant/bar on lower level. Fitness center is well appointed. Massages were amazing. Public areas impeccable cleaned. Every here you look staff is cleaning, dusting, trimming plants, cleaning windscreens at the pools. Everyone is so friendly. Food is amazing, fresh, healthy, beautiful details and interesting twist on local dishes. Amazing, thank you

We loved the place, very nice, clean, safe, a very good location a few minutes from many local attractions, plus Juan Ramón was always attentive and available, both for questions about the Airbnb and for local recommendations. We highly recommend it and would definitely stay there again

Will’s place was amazing. Each bedroom has a king bed and bathroom. The kitchen is perfect for anyone who would rather cook than eat out. The views and sunsets from the rooftop pool are majestic. I would recommend picking up groceries at one of the major grocery chains on the way in from the airport as there are few options for groceries in old town PV. Will was a great host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. I highly recommend this unit to anyone looking to stay in PV.

We had a great stay - being on the beach is priceless. We loved the pool - it was huge, beautiful and never crowded. I loved not having to fight for a pool chair. The place itself does take a beating from being on the ocean, but that is to be expected with a beachfront location. The kitchen was serviceable - but the porch was incredible - we loved sitting out there in the morning watching the ocean. Restaurants are super walkable and many are really, really good. The ocean right in front of the condo was a bit rough for us, but we just walked down the beach towards a smaller cove and found good swimming for our 12 and 15 year old boys. Overall it was a terrific trip! Thanks for sharing this special place with us!
