Newly built ski cabin (July 2022) high located on the family-friendly Varden-side in Kvitfjell (34 km alpine, 600 km cross-country skiing). The heart of the cottage is the 1st floor, which with a view of the area, fire in the wood-burning stove, soft armchairs and lounge sofa, open well-equipped kitchen and music system invites you to plenty of cottage-hygge, good food and relaxation after a wonderful day on the ski. The cabin is practical and comfortable furnished with good beds, separate ski dressing with drying cabinet, electric charger for car, wifi and underfloor heating.

Knausen at Fåvang in the middle of Gudbrandsdalen

Shielded location in a residential area with walking distance to Fåvang city center. 15 min drive to Kvitfjell alpine resort, 30 min to Venabygdfjellet with great skiing and nice hiking opportunities as well as swimming opportunities both outside and inside. 10 min to Ringebu village with many shops. Cozy cafe and restaurant. Market in the pedestrian street every Saturday during the summer season. A little south of Sentrum is Ringebu Stave Church from the 13th century, and next to it is Ringebu vicarage with a beautiful rose garden and summer exhibition of art.

The cabin is stylishly and cozy decorated, and outside the cabin door you have unobstructed views and access to the mountain pastures on the beautiful Venabygdsfjellet. Here you have no neighbors and the hiking possibilities are many. Rondane National Park is only a couple of km away and Ringebu's highest mountain, Muen (1424moh), is right next door.

Welcome to a magnificent guesthouse, newly restored with modern cuisine, and old-style bathroom. Wooden walls in the kitchen and old panels otherwise painted in timeless colors. The tune around the house is well groomed. Garden is in active operation and here you can sniff a little at different productions. If you, or perhaps children, would like a ride in the lake, you can ask the farmer. The staff cage on the guard can be used as a serving room with room to cover up to 40.

Welcome to beautiful Øksendalsfjellet in Ringebu! Here you can relax with your family and friends both summer and winter. On spring/summer/autumn there are many nice mountain hikes that can be started right outside the door, or a small drive along Friisvegen to get into the snaufjellet. Fishing, berry picking, bathing and hiking. In winter there are cross country skiing tracks just outside the cabin, and should be left on alpine skiing, Kvitfjell 30 mins away.
