On the upper floor, there is an approx. 30 m² living room, including a kitchen, fireplace and dining area overlooking the historic railway tracks and the Ringelsteiner forest. Die gemütliche Ferienwohnung liegt im Souterrain mit direktem Zugang zur großen überdachten Terrasse und Blick auf das paradiesische Ruhrtal. Die 45 m² große behagliche Wohnung ist modern und neu eingerichtet. Vom Küchentisch blickt man direkt durch das bodentiefe Fenster in den Garten und zur Ruhr.

An ideal starting point for sightseeing tours to the nearby sights of the city or hikes on the Sintfeld-Höhenweg.

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

The room is located on the courtyard side of our farmhouse, which was built in the 1950s and renovated, right next to our horse stable. It is furnished in vintage style with old pieces of furniture that have been lovingly refurbished and exudes a lot of coziness that fits the rural area. In the immediate vicinity are several lakes that invite you to take a walk. The place is also an ideal starting point for cycling tours along the Lippe.

Von der Wohnung aus genießt du einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Propsteikirche und über das charmante Städtchen. Die Einrichtung ist modern, hell und sorgfältig ausgewählt, sodass du dich vom ersten Moment an wohlfühlen kannst.
