This condo is sooo far above and beyond what the description can express and the pictures can convey. This is obviously Julio and Larry's personal condo and it shows. The furnishings and decor are luxurious. There is nothing that is not provided: from beach chairs, beach buggy beach towels, and snorkle gear...to sundries and luxury bath linens.... to high end-kitchen appliances and anything you could want or need for preparing meals. The view, oh man, the view. The pictures cannot do it justice. Theanoramic views of the ocean, bay and mountains are just epic, and also super cool at night The hosts are super responsive and genuinely nice. I cannot wait to return. Thanks Julio!

Loved everything about this airbnb! It looks just liked the photos with perfect views off the balcony. The host herself was so helpful always quick to respond to messages and even gave us recommendations to visit. The place was close to so much we were able to walk along condado easily. Close to restaurants 5-10 min away. Ubers were easy to get. The place was clean and provided lots of amenities like water plates and shampoo/ Conditioner. I’d book the airbnb again 100%

This was the perfect Airbnb for my 4 day vacation to Punta Cana! The condo was located in the most perfect area; it was quiet, clean, and right in the middle of town so everything was walking distance. Katrina was very informative so I had zero questions throughout my whole stay! I'd definitely recommend this condo to anyone!

I have stayed at this building before and although there is some building maintenance going on I have no complaints because it has never affected my stay. There are a lot of things to do, restaurants, and having access to the beach from the pool area is a plus. The views pretty much all day are awesome! This was my first time staying at Shubin's unit and it was pretty much as it presents on the site. The unit was clean and cozy and the view and openness of the balcony from the kitchen and living area was on point. He was quick to respond via the site chat to any questions you had. I would highly recommend this place and I wouldn't mind staying here again.

I absolutely loved Jorge’s residence . 24th floor with a beautiful view. The Airbnb was super clean and had supplies like beach chairs , towels , ironing board , etc. He was constantly communicating with me and had suggested many things to do while in San Juan. I will definitely be back soon . If you book here you won’t miss out , many restaurants, close to the beach and other activities. Thank you Jorge !

Eva’s was in a prime location with lots of options for dinner and entertainment. The high speed internet helped me remain connected to work. The place was super clean with all of the features one need during a beach vacation. The price was super affordable for the area. Will be back.

It's all about the view, when you enter you feel like your floating on the water you see nothing but the ocean out the windows. Everything about the unit is great, well stocked, comfy bed, beach chairs, boogie boards, cooler. Easy access to a beach without crowds and walkable to the hotspots in Condado. Would definitely stay here again!

Literetly the perfect location, very central with access to the Beach, stores, restaurants all within walking distance. They have everything you might need for your stay including 2 beach chairs, an ice chest cooler, sunscreen, bug spray, beach bag and beach towels. Shampoo, conditioner, lotion, even some hair products you literetly only need to bring your clothes. My sister and I loved our stay, would definitely recommend. They were also very kind to accommodate a different check in and check out time for us since flights arrived earlier and left later.

Amazing Stay! My wife and I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb . The place was spotless, peaceful, and extremely well-organized. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. We truly felt at home and appreciated the calm atmosphere, which made it perfect for relaxing and unwinding. The host clearly put a lot of care into the details, and it made all the difference. Our second stay here (and 4th time at this complex, Marbella del Caribe) and we absolutely love it. Falling asleep to the ocean waves, waking up and walking down to the beach (or pool) - you can rent daily huge umbrellas. Beatrice provides chairs, but you also can rent loungers at the beach with your umbrella! The condo is clean, comfortable, and the location is spot on! The location is walkable to so many restaurants, bars, grocery. And for the condo, as it’s facing Isla Verde (a view that’s stunning), you don’t hear any of the sounds of the street side of the complex. If you don’t want to rent a car, there is no need! Cannot wait to stay here again!

I really enjoyed my stay at Brenda's place. She had everything that I needed including beach chairs and beach towels. The gift basket was also very generous! Highly recommend!

Jose's place is amazing! His attention to detail is unmatched. We had everything we needed right there in the apartment! It's in a great centralized location making it easy to get around! I would definitely stay here again!

This place looks exactly like the pictures and was very comfortable. I wish that we could have enjoyed the place more due to the family and I being around town quite a bit but when we came home it was so warm and welcoming. The host was very responsive to our needs as well. We would definitely be returning here just hope that it is available!

Great place to stay if you need to be in Bayamon and surrounding areas. The place is well located and Orlando is very responsive. Our flight got delayed and we had to make adjustments in our stay, and Orlando was very accommodating. His place is comfortable and super clean. He cares about having everything you need for your stay.

Beautiful place! We stayed 1 week, my family loved everything about it. The kids loved the pool! All attractions are not to far from this place and it’s very peaceful. There are good food spots minutes away from home. Definitely recommend staying!

We had an amazing weekend in old San Juan. This house has an amazing location! Everything was easy to get to. The house was beautiful and had everything we needed!

It was so peaceful and quiet you hear the nature around you and it’s beautiful! I thought it would be hot due to no ac and I was scared about that part but we were actually freezing we had to turn it actually turn it off. There were games and the house is so modern and picture worthy definitely. There was also a whole binder full of things to do and places to go we had so much fun we did not want to leave I definitely recommend this place!!

The place was great just as described. Be ready to walk up some stairs because its on the 4th floor. It was very clean and fully equipped. My family and I loved using the beach equipment so we didnt have to rent anything. It was great! PJ is one of the host and he is a SPECTACULAR host! He went above and beyond to make sure our stay was amazing. I definitely recommend using this space for your visit to PR.
