The apartment is air-conditioned (hot/cold system), equipped with every comfort (2 TVs with DVD player, stereo, 2 a/c, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, iron with ironing board, hairdryer, chairs, sun loungers and beach umbrellas, small barbecue, washing machine) and IS ONLY 5 METERS FROM THE BEAUTIFUL BEACH OF GEREMEAS, inside a complex with access for residents only. The bay of Geremeas, 3 km long, is certainly one of the most beautiful on the coast. The crystal clear sea immediately reaches a certain depth and the sand is white and a little coarse. The sand dunes that stand out behind the beach are certainly noteworthy. The apartment is available immediately. What makes the villa unique is its splendid elevated position, overlooking the beach and the calm sea below, offering a picturesque view and moments of pure relaxation.
