We had an amazing time at Miriam’s house. She and her husband are lovely people who put a lot of thought into their interior. There was nothing else we could have wished for, nice pool/ garden area, very well equipped kitchen and cozy bedrooms.

Our time at Casa Torrento will always be unforgettable: The beautiful location, hidden between olive and fig trees, the wonderful pools, the cool evenings and great starry skies. Plus the warm and helpful manner of host Loris, whose tiramisu was absolutely world class.

Very comfortable house, clean and large pool. Pietro, despite not seeing him, was always available to respond and give us directions. The only downside is the location. You have to take a nice trip to do some things. But otherwise it's great.

We loved our stay at Giulia’s blue house. Beautiful garden, clean house and Giulia was sweet and helpful.

Silvana and her Husband were GREAT Hosts!! The place was immaculate and Super Peaceful!!! Best arrangements and accommodations Close to Bologna!! We spent 5 days, Played Tennis and had a Mega BBQ!! Enjoyed the place immensely, Silvana was a SUPER Host!!! Will surely comeback!!!!

It is as described. If you want a nice place to stay and a clean pool - this is the place. The rest is - but better by car - accessible (cafe, supermarket, etc.) The hosts are very warm and friendly and live directly on the ground floor of the guest house.

The property is breathtaking, with stunning views that make it a perfect retreat. A car is essential for getting around. Our host, Lara, embodied the warmth and generosity of Italian hospitality. Despite pouring rain on our arrival, she greeted us warmly and explained everything thoroughly. She texted us recommendations for the best local restaurants and checked in regularly—not intrusively, but with genuine care and passion for her guests’ comfort. Lara went above and beyond, preparing the BBQ for us, offering fresh fruit as a thoughtful treat, and providing delicious pastries for breakfast on our departure day. I would absolutely stay here again!

The housing setting as well as the housing are incredible! A magnificent view of the Alps and the accommodation a beautiful renovated old farm! The pool is kept at a very good temperature, which is really nice!!Martina's parents, who manage the accommodation and live next door, were really welcoming and spoke French very well! Which was really nice throughout the stay. Only small remark is that in view of the geographical location and the price of the accommodation it would have been nice to have the basic necessities on arrival (shower gel, shampoo, dishwashing liquid, sponge, garbage bag...) plan all this on arrival to live your stay as best as possible! Great host - lots of valuable tips and recommendations, even a nice local gift! The house has been recently renovated very tastefully, had all we needed. Area has great views, is very quiet and peaceful! Weekend there is a restaurant 5min walk distance which had great food, nice atmosphere. other places are further and reachable by car. all in all - we would return for a nice relaxing stay!

We booked at very short notice and Romina made it possible! She welcomed us very warmly and explained everything really well, even a bottle of wine was cold for us. She is very friendly and her tips were great! We would never have tried the food truck and it was soooo delicious! She was always available and asked how we were doing. The furnishings are lovingly selected, everything fits together. From the glasses to the large mural in the bedroom, everything is very harmonious We would book with Romina again at any time.

Large multipurpose terrace in beautiful and peaceful surroundings, great hosts and communications, great value for money. 30 minutes from small city restaurants and groceries.

Antonio was a great host. He was prompt answering any questions we had. The apartment is very clean, quiet, and minimal. A great location for wandering Modena and many great shops and restaurants in the area.

Mauro was a kind host who allowed us to check in early according to our needs. The apartment is convenient for getting around on foot but above all it has a private parking space included in the price (around the parking lots are all paid). Maybe a few more tools were missing in the kitchen, but overall everything went very well. Thank you

Tatiana is an amazing host, welcoming, nice, friendly, generous. Her place is very special in the middle of the wood, very isolated and quiet, connected to nature, wonderful views. It was restored with a lot of love and tension, and it’s well equipped. Our children loved the animals (dogs, cats, chickens, horse) and the hemlocks between the trees. We enjoyed it a lot. Don’t miss the natural pool in the river just 15 minutes away. Also the special cities of Emilia Romana are wonderful and not so far away.

Although we do not speak Italian, we were able to communicate well with Cesare and he is very warm. We felt comfortable right away and the accommodation was just the thing for our stopover. Good parking even with a large car! Very, very nice and we will certainly come back.

We had a really pleasant stay in this cozy apartment with attention to the smallest details. The apartment is immersed in the tranquility of the Modena Apennines, an ideal place for those looking to disconnect from the daily hustle and bustle. Nearby are several hiking trails, perfect for exploring the surrounding nature. Sergio and his wife were exceptional hosts: kind, helpful and never intrusive. Highly recommended for a rejuvenating break!

Beautiful place surrounded by nature. Huge and very clean house with well-kept outdoor spaces and comfortable interiors, nothing was missing. Host Gianna is fantastic, she did more than her duty.
