La cuisine est entièrement équipée (lave-vaisselle, plaque). Le salon comprend une télévision, le wifi et un canapé convertible. La salle de bains dispose d'une douche à l'italienne, de toilettes et d'un lave-linge. Vous pourrez profiter d'une terrasse couverte avec plancha, ainsi que de vélos à disposition et d'un parc clôturé.

Maisonette near Lake Arjuzanx

Come and enjoy Lake Arjuzanx, its nature reserve and leisure center (7 km away), the ocean (45 min away) and the many paths for walking and mountain biking. In a small new house semi-detached on one side with our residence (independent access and enclosed garden) you will enjoy a bedroom with a 160 bed and an equipped kitchen overlooking a large wooden terrace, a garden and a covered shelter extends the outside. In the living room a sofa bed allows sleeping for 1 or 2 people.

You can walk to the shops of Rion des Landes (supermarket, bakery, pharmacy, newsstand...) The ocean is a 30-minute drive, the Arjuzanx site (lake and nature reserve) is 12 minutes, Dax (spa town, casino...) is 25 minutes. Biarritz and Biscarosse are less than 1 hour away. The Pyrenees and the Spanish border are 1.5 hours away.
