Holiday rentals with a pool in Risika

Our dream home!!! What a beautiful place. It was even better than our expectations. The house is tastefully decorated, welcoming, renovated but retains its character. The pool is just sublime. Both the interior and the exterior, 10/10. Zoran gave us great local recommendations. He's a thoughtful and very kind host. A quiet and heavenly place for a quiet vacation, close to everything on the island (within 30 minutes' drive of the attractions). We recommend this house for your future trip, a must-see!

Wonderful stay – highly recommended! We had a great stay at the place. The villa was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need. The location was ideal – quiet, but still close to the sea The check-in went smoothly and Gabi was always friendly and helpful. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back!

Wonderful visit! Very comfortable place to relax and unwind. Restaurant options are close (driving) with a couple within a walk (but along a road and not much of a sidewalk). We enjoyed the beautiful scenery, the layout or the home, and just simply everything about our trip. Fred’s assistant who met us at the home was a very lovely introduction to the Croatian scene. He was friendly, laid-back, and a great first encounter for our stay. Absolutely recommend.

A beautiful garden with so many loving details makes the stay really special. A very friendly loving welcome, almost a piece to visit friends.... Traditional and authentically furnished but everything is provided for. Everywhere butterflies, fruit trees, rosemary and lavender around the great pool. Very well maintained. We felt very comfortable.

Our stay at "Peace of Mind - 2" was lovely. The location of the property is exceptional and offers not only a fantastic view of a wonderful landscape, but much more. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and has all amenities. In addition, you can stay on the terrace by the pool and use the attached kitchen and lounge there. The pool itself offers the opportunity to swim athletically and the view of Kvarner Bay is unbeatable. Host Rajna is always helpful and gives great tips for exploring the area. An absolute feel-good place where you are very warmly welcomed and feel right at home! A. & T.

The house is very nice, clean and maintained. The furnishings leave nothing to be desired – modern bathrooms, a well-equipped kitchen and our highlight: the outdoor kitchen. There is also plenty for children - playground, large pool, kicker, billiards, table tennis and more. The host René was always available and helpful. When something broke, he quickly came by and fixed it. During the stay, he also cleaned the pool once. He was already waiting for us at check-in, we could even check in earlier. As a welcome, there was a large cheese and sausage platter, bread, cake, wine and drinks - very generous. He also brought cake later. The late check-out in the middle of the night was also no problem. The location is quiet and somewhat remote, the access via the mountains a bit curvy - but the sea can be reached in about 15 minutes, Opatija in about 20 minutes. Overall a great stay, we would come back.

Very great house for a mountain escape!

One of the absolute best Airbnb we have stayed in after 3 months away from home. This felt like home. Spacious and well equipped. Thoughtful hosts live on site upstairs but place screening on balconies to guarantee privacy, These hosts do everything right even setting the pool to your preferred temperature. No hesitation in recommending this apartment.

Great accommodation with a fantastic view. We were incredibly well looked after by the hospitable hosts. Anamarias mother offered us delicious homemade lemonade when we arrived. We also got help ordering delicious pizza home as the children were hungry after the trip. The apartment was very clean and tidy. There was everything we wanted in the kitchen. Nice barbecue area. We enjoyed swimming in the pool. We had it completely private but if there was anything the hosts were available to help us at any time. We are very happy with our stay.

Mia's apartments are really brand new and well cared for. The pool is an added value and we also appreciated the hot plate x cooking outdoors. Quiet location but very close to everything. Only the very small and poorly equipped kitchen but for a vacation home you can go. Overall, a beautiful experience, definitely to be recommended and we would be happy to come back.

For check-in and checkout we were welcomed by Luana and her son Giuseppe. Very happy with this stay in Croatia. Everything is done to allow us to discover the city and its surroundings. We enjoyed the setting and the calm! Recommended without hesitation.

We had a great stay in the apartment! The accommodation was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. We found our terrace with a view of the pool and the sea to be particularly beautiful The hosts were very friendly, helpful and straightforward to communicate. Everything was very clean and as in the pictures. The apartment is big and has everything. It is very quiet and a perfect place for recharging. We absolutely loved it.

Very nice apartment, location is great. You can go directly to the beach or to the pool. The sunsets on the balcony are truly unique.

Everything perfect, very nice apartment - completely clean and tastefully decorated. All newly made and no unnecessary nipples. The pool is super nice and located directly opposite the apartment (you have to go to the other "side of the street", but the street is almost only a small path at the end of a dead end). Helena (the landlady) is super nice and accommodating, she made everything possible. Thank you so much for the nice week!

Barbara and Davor's place was really nice. We were greeted with kind words and a stocked fridge as well as a warm meal - we were totally surprised and delighted after a long drive. The basic amenities are as described and complete - everything you need and a little more. The additional equipment with jacuzzi, billiard table and dart board make the stay relaxed and varied, even if you don't explore the beautiful area on the way. Overall, a recommended place to stay!

The contact with Josipa was super friendly and accommodating. Also the house was in good condition, the outdoor area was very new. Twice a week someone came to clean the pool. Everything was available on site and even more than described. The house inside is exactly like the pictures. Thanks to Josipa and her husband for the nice welcome, the uncomplicated handling and thus for the great holiday :-)

We had a great time in this beautiful place, 😍 everything is decorated with a lot of love and everything is thought of! There is enough space for four people, we enjoyed using the great barbecue, the terrace and the pool. The surroundings are a dream - in the middle of nature with many beautiful villages nearby. Gabriel helped us with great restaurant recommendations. Check-in and communication went smoothly and we were more than warmly welcomed! Hospitality is more than lived here! Very pleasant stay in a quiet area. Beautifully cared for stay with very friendly and caring owners. Highly recommended. Too bad about the sometimes too busy coastal region, but with the tips of the owners, you can circumvent this. Seeing Croatia by boat is absolutely recommended. Away from the crowds and a very nice area. A fun vacation guaranteed.

Very nice house and area, we enjoyed so much!

The house was a dream to be in. We spent the 7th New Year's Eve and enjoyed our time at Ana's place incredibly. The house is perfectly equipped with towels bathrobes, drinks and wine as well as a bottle of champagne. The sauna and the jacuzzi are super fun especially in winter and have beautified our stay even more. There really isn't anything to complain about. Ana is incredibly nice and comes in person for arrival and before departure and is always available. The house is incredibly well decorated and really no wishes remain unfulfilled. We will definitely return in any case. 🫶🏼
