Holiday rentals with beach access in Riva Ligure

This studio was spacious and incredibly beautiful. It was very comfortable to sleep and shower in and didn't get too hot despite the summer heat. It was also in a great location, very close to the beach, plenty of restaurants, and downtown Menton. We were comfortably able to walk everywhere we needed to. Elena was also a very responsive host and helped when we needed it. Would stay here again.

Check in was extremely easy and Dina was available to answer all questions and offer assistance when needed. Location is perfect - a 20 min walk to the train station and very close to the Casino and pedestrian shopping area. The apartment was spacious for my family of 4. Dina has thought of everything for the apartment - fresh cookies when we arrived, coffee and coffee maker, an assortment of shampoos/body washes/lotions, umbrellas if needed, kitchen was stocked with all necessities. Very private apartment; we felt very safe and secure. A++++!!

Perfect place for Monaco Grand Prix week. Exactly as pictured - we spent hours on balcony with view of the yachts! Carlos communicated very well, very responsive, and accommodating to our needs.

Very well located apartment, 5mn drive from San Remo, breathtaking sea view, very clean and well renovated, good bedding, very nice terrace. Responsive owner. Only small downside, the road below is busy and noisy. But we had a great stay and enjoyed San Remo, its market, its restaurants etc.

We came 4 years ago with my wife and for this getaway with my son, the accommodation and hospitality of Thomas were again perfect. The apartment is luxurious and is just waiting for you to relax with its breathtaking view. A stone's throw from Monaco, it offers the pleasure of resting wonderfully after wandering through the fabulous Monegasque city or on the coastal path. Thomas' addresses are always great. Don't hesitate for a second.

We were super happy with our stay in this apartment in Sanremo! The place is bright, modern, very clean, and perfectly equipped with everything we needed. It’s in a top location – just a short walk to the beach, yet tucked away in a quiet side street, so we could really relax. The apartment is also very central, with lots of great restaurants and shopping options just around the corner. Our hosts, Sylvia and Massimo, were incredibly friendly and helpful. They were always available and supported us with any questions we had – truly wonderful hosts! We had a fantastic vacation and would absolutely love to come back. This apartment is highly recommended!

Really good! The hosts were very available for our arrival. Nice little accommodation, very consistent with the photos, the garden is charming. It is located a stone's throw from the train station and the sea. I recommend it.

We had a great time at Rutger’s place, enjoying a lovely welcome from the host himself which was very welcome after a long drive from the UK🍷 We loved the outstanding views from the property and the close proximity to Monaco for our visit to the Grand Prix. As with all properties in this area, we enjoyed(?) the work out provided by the slopes and hills. We would happily stay in this great family home again. We had a very enjoyable stay. The house is very spacious, comfortable and well equipped. It also has a terrace and garden with stupendous sea views. We particularly enjoyed dining alfresco every nIght of our stay. Jean-Marc is a very attentive and responsive host. The private road leading to the house is short (only 800 meters) but narrow, steep and sinuous. A bit breathtaking the first time but fine after that. There is a good supermarket with interior parking at the beginning of the private road to the house.

We are very happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, especially the outdoor space, a sheltered garden shaded by lemon trees, where you can have lunch, dinner and relax. The house is very clean, the kitchen is functional with a very useful washing machine and dishwasher, the bathroom is spacious with a very large shower and the beds are comfortable. In addition, Giulia provided us with a bed rail for the bed where our 4-year-old son would sleep and before arrival she asked us if we needed any other comforts for him such as a cot or high chair. The area is excellent because it is in a pedestrian area, close to shops and restaurants and a stone's throw from the beaches. The parking space provided with the accommodation is also very useful and easily accessible.

Everything was great! We were able to check in at 7 in the morning and Alex was always reachable. The view was breathtaking! It was just as everything was exactly as described and as in the photos. The only thing we have to complain about is that one bed for two was a bit too tight but that made up for the view! If we end up in this area again, we will definitely come back :)

We stayed in Vallecrosia one night, everything was perfect, immediate host responsiveness, clear and precise directions, self check-in, tolerance at checkout time, the house has everything you need and more with a touch of personality, very nice and well furnished. Nearby supermarkets within walking distance as well as a very nice trattoria that offers simple dishes with excellent quality/price ratio "Trattoria Lo Cherippo". For those interested in staying in this area, I can only highly recommend staying at Rita's. Thank you and see you next time

Extremely positive experience and pleasant. Daniela was an impeccable host: punctual, precise, welcoming and very kind. The house, in the historic center of Borghetto Santo Spirito, cool because it is sheltered from the sun, offered all the comforts ("baby package" included, with all the comforts when traveling with a small child, not always easy to find). Attention to detail and cleanliness distinguish Daniela and her apartment. Check-in is very easy and check-out is flexible. We felt right at home. Recommended!

The area is quiet and peaceful, but at the same time close to everything. In a short time you can reach the highway and from there you can move where you want. The village is equipped with everything, and also has a beautiful old part that we recommend visiting. Thanks for everything, see you soon! Giuseppe and Elena

Beautiful views, walkable to town with tons of shopping and restaurants, very peaceful and quiet at night

I rarely leave reviews because I’m usually too busy, but Ludmila’s place was truly exceptional. It’s modern, spotlessly clean, and felt like a home away from home. Thoughtful touches like the Nespresso machine with capsules and a great selection of cooking utensils really stood out. I also don’t usually fall asleep easily, but the bed and bedding were incredibly comfortable—some of the best I’ve experienced.

We had a fantastic stay! 3 minutes to the beach and 3 minutes to Carnoles train station - couldn’t be better located. Also right in front of a great local restaurant Le Piccadilly. Hosts were friendly and very responsive and even gifted us with welcome drinks. Would stay here again next time I visit cote d’azur!

Clear instructions, small gourmet welcome gifts, nice accommodation (impeccable, spacious enough, everything you need in practice), large and nice terrace, 3 minutes walk from the sea... perfect for our weekend with friends! Sara was a very good host from start to finish. I recommend:-)

Delphine's place was the best for my family. We traveled with an infant and a crib was even already set up for us, with kid towels for both of my children. There were very nice personal touches. It is perfect location with a very functional kitchen and air conditioning. I absolutely loved our time there. Menton is great and we would hope to rent such a gorgeous place again in the future.
