The city of Turin is a 16-minute drive away, but you will still be surrounded by an unspoiled space in the Piedmontese countryside. Nearby there are excellent typical Piedmontese restaurants. The city of Chieri is less than a 10-minute drive away.

Casa Verrua dispone di due camere da letto, due bagni, soggiorno e cucina, zona relax, piscina, posto auto e colonnina di ricarica veicoli elettrici a pagamento. La piscina è condivisa con le altre due nostre strutture, Casa Clementina e Belavista. Le camere affacciano su due ampi terrazzi dai quali è possibile prendere il sole e utilizzare la vasca idromassaggio. L'edificio è protetto dal sistema anti zanzare. Casa Verrua è vicina a città fascinose come Asti, Alba, Torino, Milano e Genova.

Historic 19th-century building, a stone's throw from the Porta Nuova station (9-minute walk or 2 bus stops) A stone's throw from the house, you will find all the museums and the best shopping streets. Possibility of parking on public roads or covered public parking at 14 euros per day (200 meters from the house)

From the entrance you can access the bedroom with balcony, double bed and spacious corner wardrobe. The house is completed by the equipped kitchen with its amenities, equipped with a fridge, oven, induction hob, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. In the bathroom with a large shower, there is also a washing machine.

L'alloggio è in una casa indipendente, situata in una frazione piccola e tranquilla a 1600 metri di altitudine; potrete quindi godere di pace, intimità e una vista mozzafiato sulle montagne.
