Our family enjoyed our stay! Till was very responsive. The beach is walking distance about 10-15 minute walk or you can drive down. The view from the property to the ocean is beautiful and spectacular. Our family enjoyed eating outside. The road to the house is under construction so be prepared to go through rocky/ gravel roads as it will take some time. Also, make sure to stop for groceries before going to the house as there is not much around and they close at 5pm. During our stay we had visitors at night 2 toads, 2 scorpions outside by the door and cute dogs/puppies that would come by each night. Each room has an AC unit which is a plus because it can get very hot. It’s a very private home and overall we felt safe our time there. Thank you Till for hosting us.

Best quality/price in the area, nicely placed between playa remanso and about 13 minutes from san juan del sur. Pro: Well situated, mountain chalet feeling as you are surrounded by beautiful tropical mountains, clean and with multiple bedrooms, really magical views of the surrounding nature, Alvaro the property manager is a really nice guy and is there 24/7 for your needs and also if you need a ride to the beach. Cons: Need a 4x4 car to access which adds around 60USD per day to your rental as a regular rental car will not get you there, very strong smell of insecticide all throughout the house as it is in the middle of a forest and I imagine get's filled with all types of bugs, security camera surveilling the terrace 24/7 on the upper floor so it does not fill very intimate when you are with family, no hot water no blender and no TV. Gave 5 star because of the amazing experience we had overall with my family. 100% recommended

El lugar es hermoso. Hay que tomar en cuenta que está ubicado en un sitio alejado del centro, lo que me pareció bien ya que amamos el silencio. Hay que tomar en cuenta que hay que pasar un río no muy profundo (nosotros pasamos en un automóvil fácilmente). Pero vale la pena. 100% recomendado para pasar unos días tranquilos y conocer los alrededores.

Great Location and Value! Only one block to the beach and beach club. The house was very comfortable for our family of 4. We will definitely return.

Wir waren zu sechst. Genug Platz für noch mehr Leute!! Die räumliche Aufteilung ist sehr gut. Alles ist sehr sauber. Jorge ist sehr sehr zuverlässig und hilfsbereit!! Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Die Sonnenuntergänge sind wunderschön und man hat ein kleines Paradies !! Ich empfehle diesen Ort ausdrücklich !! Danke Jorge

¡Una experiencia increíble en Playa Maderas! El lugar es muy bonito, rodeado de naturaleza y con una vista espectacular. La cabina estaba impecable, muy bonita y cómoda, perfecta para descansar. La piscina es excelente y se disfruta muchísimo, sobre todo al atardecer. El host fue muy amigable y siempre atento a todo lo que necesitáramos. La atención en general fue de primera. Sin duda, un lugar al que me encantaría volver.

Brian was fantastic! makes you feel very welcomed from the beginning, met us at check in, showed us around and recommended some great spots that we went to! the house is beautiful, well stocked, amazing pool and views! definitely take a 4 wheel drive 😅 but our little car made it

Staying at Villa Fiorella with Armando and his lovely family was a great experience! The price is very affordable and priced very fairly for a brand new apartment with excellent amenities. Armando and his family was incredibly kind and welcoming. One day when we first arrived, Armando told us his goal and desire is to treat his guests like family. At first, I was skeptical, because I too own apartments and prefer a hands-off approach, but I was proven wrong. He absolutely treats his guests like family. Unfortunately, I experienced problems with a car rental agency in town, and after losing money Armando offered for my family to use his car, because he wanted to help us and felt bad for us. This was an incredible act of kindness. We were blown away by how sweet this gesture was. Our daughter also LOVED Armando's daughter, Fiorella. She was so sweet and played with our daughter. Armando's children are so sweet and welcoming! You are nestled in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with a view of the mountains and fields. We loved how quiet and peaceful this place was, and watching the sunsets. Armando was very quick to attend to our requests, such as fix a small tear in the window screen, assist with organizing housekeeping, servicing the A/C unit, improving wifi, and anything else we requested. The quality of the apartment is very high, with very nice finishes and materials! We truly felt treated like family. There is also a beautiful garden in the back and the neighbors are family, so we felt very safe at this place. This place is about a 5-10 minute drive from town. Taxis are very affordable and will pick you up from this place ($4.29 dollars to town, $1.5 if you catch a taxi from the main road), take you to beaches and wait for you there, and bring you back home ($30 dollars round trip to maderas or hermosa). (Call Lester +505 7787 2868) The internet was a bit slow, but Armando is working every day to improve it. I work in telecommunications, using wifi calling all day, but for anyone streaming or using wifi for casual purposes you won't have problems. Overall a super great experience! Thank you Armando for showing us so much love and care. We would come back any day to revisit.

Excelente lugar para hospedarse, tiene una vista espectacular de la playa, piscina para tener un día increíble, Kaz es un excelente anfitrión, amable, a disposición siempre, se pasa un ambiente agradable con buenas vibras, un lugar 5 estrellas para tener unos días relajantes

Nothing bad to say about Hector y Isabel's place. Hector was such an amazing host who is so gracious and knowledgeable about the beautiful island of Ometepe. He gave us a great deal on renting his motorcycle and even brought in his sister in law to teach us how to cook local cuisine. If you ask nicely, he might even bring you up the hill and show you his beautiful farm on the side of the Maderas Volcano. Great location right on the beach and close to restaurants and 2km or so to Ojo De Agua. Do yourself a favor and stay in this great spot. Thanks Hector!

Excelente hospedaje frente al mar, con fácil acceso y excelentes instalaciones.

Paul was a great host, Sarah was very friendly but we mostly communicated with Paul. they also have a very helpful and friendly cuidador who can take you on a horse ride through the property, which is beautiful and very big.

Die Zimmer sind richtig gemütlich mit vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ich habe richtig gut geschlafen. Es gibt nur eine kleine Sache die stört die Zimmer haben keine Fenster und man kann sie nur über die Tür lüften und das funktioniert leider nicht gut nach 3Stunden war mein Zimmer immer noch Wärmer wie draußen, bin dann aber auf die Idee gekommen denn Ventilator in die Tür zu stellen damit wurde es dann schnell kühler. wenn das Kabel des Ventilators 50cm länger wäre müsste man es nicht in den Tür spalt legen das wäre besser.

Nous avons adoré notre séjour. C'était comme sur les photos, très intime et calme. Le personnel était adorable et l'hôte flexible et avec une bonne communication. Nous avons trouvé qu'il s'agissait d'un bon rapport qualité-prix et avons particulièrement apprécié la piscine! Le restaurant est joli, les choix du menu sont limités mais c'était agréable d'avoir ce restaurant juste pour nous. Ça vaut la peine d'avoir un mode de transport, Mauro peut vous référer quelqu'un, comme les choses à faire à proximité sont plus limitées. Nous avons aussi apprécié visiter le musée. Au plaisir!!

The accommodation was even better than on the photos. It’s a very quiet and private place right next to the lake. Adyana is such a lovely and kind person, she was very helpful in terms of organising tours, drivers and everything around the island. We really enjoyed our stay, highly recommended!

Martin was a great host, very helpful with recommendations and advice for touring the area! The house was a great location, right on the beach. We will be back!

Super Lage mit direkter Strandnähe. Es gab eine große, saubere Küche, welche gleichzeitig der Treffpunkt aller Bewohner ist. Wir können es empfehlen.

die Leute in Deutschland sprechen immer davon dass sie im Paradies leben wollen. dann sollten Sie zu Toño kommen. er hatte eigentlich noch eine andere Reservierung in einem Hotel und wollte nur die erste Nacht bei Tonio verbringen und haben dann die andere Reservierung storniert und sind hier vier Tage geblieben weil es so schön war :) 5 Sterne!

Lovely place! Ended up extending twice for a total of 2 weeks after originally booking for 3 days! Beach is a 2 minute walk away and can see it from the deck. Local food and vegetable trucks drive past daily as the shop is around 10-15 minute walk away! Did feel very much at home here, had all the essentials you need. The location on Airbnb needs an update as the property is under the name ‘Casa Blanca’ on maps, near the La Perla restaurant.
