Holiday rentals with a patio in Rivas-Vaciamadrid

Fue como llegar a la casa de huéspedes de un familiar. Nuestro vuelo llegaba muy temprano por la mañana y Cristina nos permitió dejar el equipaje antes de la hora y también entrar al Airbnb que estaba disponible. El tiempo de respuesta a los mensajes es casi inmediato. Cristina es muy agradable y amable, al igual que su hijo al que conocimos cuando estaba de visita y nos ayudó en una ocasión a prender el televisor. Única vez que tuvimos que contactarla porque el televisor no encendía y en menos de 10 min. ya lo habían arreglado. Los detalles de Cristina son excelentes, nos recibió con una botella de vino y pequeño snack, una botella de agua en el refrigerador (aún cuando nos informa que el agua del grifo es potable), hay secadora de pelo en el baño, cepillo y algunos toiletries. La estación del metro está relativamente cerca, son 2 o 3 cuadras. En ese trayecto hay 2 supermercados, 1 tienda de abarrotes, 1 o 2 bares y algo de comercio. Un lindo parque atrás de la casa.

Nuestra experiencia en este alojamiento fue excelente. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidas. El piso es precioso, tal como se ve en las fotos, e incluso mejor en persona: moderno, decorado con mucho gusto, muy luminoso y perfectamente limpio. Se nota el cuidado en cada detalle, lo que hizo que nos sintiéramos como en casa desde el primer día. El anfitrión fue muy amable, cercano y siempre dispuesto a ayudar. La comunicación fue fácil y fluida en todo momento. Nos proporcionó toda la información necesaria antes de llegar y durante la estancia estuvo siempre disponible para cualquier duda o consulta. Un detalle que nos encantó fue que al llegar encontramos algunos productos para comer y algunas bebidas algo que no esperábamos y que agradecimos muchísimo. Son esos pequeños gestos los que marcan la diferencia y demuestran una gran hospitalidad! Recomendamos este alojamiento sin ninguna duda. Ha superado todas nuestras expectativas y no dudaríamos en volver!

A truely unique gem in Madrid -- perfect for a week for our family (two adults and two young children). The street was very quiet, despite being close to it all (~10 minute walk to the Royal Palace). Just a few doors down you will find a few cute coffee shops, a great fruit and vegetable stand, and a butcher & cheese shop. And there are some great tapas bars just two blocks away (try Bodegas el Mano or Casa Tabacos). Inigo was very responsive and easy to communicate with from beginning to end.

Great value in a clean and comfortable apartment. Maria was so helpful and friendly, with great tips for this lovely non-touristy neighbourhood full of all the amenities you’d need.

Estancia maravillosa en esta casa ubicada dentro de una finca rural. Fui con mi novia para una escapada romántica y el lugar era perfecto. Es cierto que son dos plantas y dos alojamientos, y por consiguiente puedes tener vecinos, y también es cierto que el guardés de la finca vive a unos 50 metros; pero en ningún momento sentí invadida mi intimidad. Los muebles y la decoración son preciosos y en excelente estado. El entorno es muy bonito, plena naturaleza. Sin duda, una experiencia para repetirla.

Everything was absolutely perfect! From the moment I arrived, the energy at check-in was warm and welcoming — the staff was incredibly kind and attentive. I especially loved the outdoor terrace — it’s such a relaxing and beautiful space to unwind. The entire experience felt seamless and thoughtfully put together. Highly recommended for a peaceful stay. It’s the perfect spot for a maximum of two people. Just perfect!

Estancia y anfitrión muy agradables. Habían muchas cosas de cortesía como desayuno, hielos, infusiones, etc. Volvería sin ninguna duda. Por poner una pega al ser un bajo a la mínima miga de comida que se caía al suelo aparecía alguna hormiga pero nada preocupante.

Ana Cristina is very easy to communicate with, she is helpful and flexible. Her appartment in Lavapies is a great place to stay if you want to experience the real Madrid.

incroyable logement ... une parenthèse paisible, paradisiaque et surtout reposante. aucun bruit la nuit, aucune lumière, on se réveille avec le son des oiseaux nous voulions visiter les alentours et finalement nous nous sommes sentis si bien que nous avons changé nos plans et nous sommes restés à la ferme pour profiter du cadre. nous sommes partis à contre cœur. le logement est spacieux , agréable et propre les hôtes sont accueillants et disponibles. Alberto nous a conseillé un restau délicieux dans le centre ville. je ne peux que vous recommander ce logement et nous espérons vivement pouvoir y retourner

Tuvimos una excelente estadía. Gema y Almudena siempre fueron muy amables con nosotros. El departamento es muy lindo y cómodo, equipado con todo lo que necesitábamos y el barrio es muy tranquilo y seguro! Nuestro único inconveniente fue el internet, ya que estuvimos un mes y tenía fallas casi todos los días, lo cual nos complicó a la hora de trabajar. Aún así súper recomendamos el lugar!

We had a wonderful stay at Adelaida’s casa, was very nice & very spacious. Everything worked great especially after we discovered the range top was an induction appliance, since I knew about these I had to explain how it worked to my brother-in-law, since he was unaware & was doing the cooking. The neighborhood is impressive & very secure, so we felt very comfortable taking some long walks around the various loops in the gated community. If we are ever in Madrid we will try to rent here again & advise others to do so as well!

We stayed at Juan’s place for over 10 days and rented two units to celebrate our daughter’s wedding. Both units were on first floor and ours had a beautiful garden. Perfect for 2 adults and maybe a kid. Clean, spacious and within walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores, Alcala street, metro and bus stops. Juan was very friendly and responsive. The AC was great since it was very hot outside. Also, very convenient laundry room in the common area. Our only complain is the very poor internet service. We had to use our data almost every day while being inside the apartment. Although Juan indicated new internet was going to be installed we experienced the problem until we left.

local a 25 min do centro. casa super arrumada, boa tv, bons colchões. Juan foi sempre muito simpático e prestável. Recomendo bastante 👌

Nacho is a great host and the property was ideal for our big group. We enjoyed our stay.

Disfrutamos mucho de la estancia en la casa. Pudimos preparar una paella y echar un puente tranquilo entre amigos. La zona de patio es estupenda y los salones de la casa muy acogedores. Echamos de menos algo más de útiles de cocina (como un colador), pero por lo demás no tuvimos problemas. Además, la comunicación con Purificación fue excelente en todo momento, es una anfitriona atenta que resuelve tus dudas rápido y te facilita toda la información necesaria.

I had a great stay at Basyar's place. I'd just been running a large event in Madrid and therefore needed some peace and quiet and it delivered exactly that. its out of the main hustle and bustle of Madrid which may not suit everyone but for me it was perfect. I particularly loved the terrace and small pool which is a rare find and the sun shone so I was able to make the most of it. The property is a 20-30 mins drive outside of central Madrid (depending on time of travel) but this was fine for me. I didn't take public transport or really research the local area but found a small shop round the corner which was sufficient for my needs. Basyar was really responsive when I had questions and was very accommodating when I had to extend my check-out time. I will definitely return.

Magnifique appartement, dans un quartier calme et en même temps proche des quartiers animés. This was our second time staying at Maria’s place; the first was made by my wife. And there’ll be more stays in the future. Maria is just the nicest host & we always feel immediately at home in her lovely apartment. So did our cat, who loved sleeping outside in the balcony garden We had more time to explore the area this time. Found Dot Cafe Bar a minute away whereas a 4 minute walk takes you to Nuo Sushi & Ramen 4 minutes . A 15 minute walk will get you to K Store on Embajadores, a modern Asian supermarket with a huge selection, in case you are hankering after ramen. Highly recommended place and neighborhood.

What a great place! We stayed for a month while learning Spanish and could not have been happier. Great location, in the heart of La Latina, easy to walk to all the major sights. Quiet and the air conditioner works really great. Rebecca and Victor have done everything to make a long stay really comfortable. The bedroom has really nice his-and-her wardrobes with ample space (and hangers) for holding all your clothes and even a jewelry tray! Then, there are the two bathrooms. One has a rain shower and the other has a regular shower so you can take your pick. The primary bathroom also has plenty of storage in drawers below the double sink so that you don't have to clutter the counter. And the water pressure is great. The kitchen is well-equipped and the fridge is big enough to store plenty of food. The stovetop works well. There is a washer that also dries your clothes (although it does take a while....) All in all, a fabulous stay!

Muy buen alojamiento situado a 15 min andando del Wizink Center, así que es genial si vas a un evento. Entramos 4 personas perfectamente porque el sofá cama es enorme. El piso es también muy bonito y sin duda lo recomendaría! Muchas gracias a Paola y Ceci por todo.

Nous avons passé un très chouette séjour. L'appartement est à 40 minutes en train de Madrid, dans un environnement paisible, près de magasins. Il y a un très chouette petit jardin à l'arrière de l'appartement.

Nous avons passé un super séjour chez Laura et Daniel à Paracuellos, tout près de Madrid. L’appartement était top : propre, confortable et très bien situé. Grâce aux transports en commun, il était très facile de rejoindre le centre de Madrid sans voiture. Le 28 avril, une panne d’électricité massive a touché l’Espagne et le Portugal. Malgré cela, Laura et Daniel ont été incroyablement attentionnés : ils nous ont fourni des lampes portatives et ont pris régulièrement de nos nouvelles pour s’assurer que tout allait bien. Le fait que Laura parle couramment le français a grandement facilité la communication et a été d’une aide précieuse. Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement pour son confort, son emplacement idéal et surtout pour l’hospitalité exceptionnelle de Laura et Daniel.

Awesome host and unit. Sufa was always quick to answer my queries and very accommodating with checking in. Was super sweet to see the fridge stocked up with bread, eggs, and water when I arrived..as well as oil and basic cooking supplies. The location was great, not a long walk to the metro station, the walks helped me make room for all the great food Madrid has to offer. I had a great experience visiting Madrid and Sufa’s hospitality was a part of that!

Leopoldo's apartment was great. Beautiful, great location in a lively neighbourhood. Also, Leopoldo was very friendly, helped me figure out tickets to a local museum. Overall a great experience. I would stay here again. One very small thing is that one of the bedrooms has a window that is the ground level of a street. Usually the noise was not a problem, though sometimes in the morning some street noise can be heard. Only an issue for light sleepers who would like to sleep in. The loft bedroom does not have this issue.
