This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.

Elle se compose de 2 chambres climatisées à l’étage et d’une chambre au RDC, d’une salle d’eau , d’une salle de bain ,d'un salon (40m2) et d’une grande cuisine (30m2) climatisés donnant sur un espace extérieur intimiste.

It consists of a bright living room directly overlooking the patio, furnished for lunch (the hot tub is not in operation). It can accommodate 4 people, spread over two bedrooms, so it is suitable for families or for a stay with friends. It offers a garage where you can store your bikes, beach accessories, etc.
