Holiday rentals with a patio in River Cetina

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

Unser Urlaub in Pisak war herrlich, auch aufgrund der schön gelegenen Wohnung. Mehrere kleine Strände sind unmittelbar und fussläufig schnell erreichbar. Sie waren wenig frequentiert und von schönen Felsen und Baumbestand umgeben. Einfach traumhaft. Das Wasser war Kristallklar und schimmerte türkisblau. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Es fehlte auch nichts an notwendiger Ausstattung. Zur Begrüßung überraschte uns Mario mit einem Teller Schinken und Käse und einer Flasche Wein. Dank der Klimaanlage waren die Temperaturen nachts in Ordnung, man sollte nur darauf achten, die Tür zum Schlafzimmer immer ganz geöffnet zu lassen, da sich das Gerät im Flur befindet. Eine Mückennetz befindet sich nur am Schlafzimmerfenster, eine Mückentüre zum Balkon, wäre noch eine kleine Anregung. Es war ein unvergesslicher Aufenthalt, den wir nur weiterempfehlen können!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s flat. The flat itself is lovely - spacious, clean and has everything you need. Great location - peaceful, but so easy to get to the centre and Diocletian’s palace. Ivana provided amazing recommendations too, and was really helpful and responsive. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer! Would definitely recommend.

Excellent séjour, l’appartement était dans un état impeccable et paraît même plus grand que sur les photos. L’endroit est très calme est à proximité de nombreux magasins, la plage est à 3 min en voiture avec restaurant bar et jeux pour enfants. Restaurant à proximité également excellent. Encore merci à Marijana et Mateo !

Mirjana lejlighed i Omiš var totalt luksus og virkelig lækker. Der er ikke en finger at sætte på noget. Det fungerede fantastisk med de to forbundne lejligheder - både for en familie som os med store teenagere og for to familier på ferie sammen. Den gamle restaurant lige under lejligheden er anbefalelsesværdig - virkelig lækker mad, super betjening og ikke dyrt.

Davor's place was perfect for our stay in Podstrana / Split. The apartment is stunning and the balcony was amazing. It was nice to sit out there after a day out, and listen to the ocean waves. The apartment itself is very new and clean and just beautiful. The bathrooms are especially stunning. Davor was nice enough to receive some lost luggage being delivered for us. He was also very responsive to any concerns, and there really weren't any, but he communicated in the process very well. The check out time of 10 a.m. was a little early, and I'm glad I double checked it! Split is a 20-30 trip (it's not far but traffic can be slow), so it was great to have Podstrana as a base for exploring the area. I would not at all hesitate to stay here again and again. Wir waren 14 Tage in dieser tollen Wohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, auch wegen der vielen Annehmlichkeiten wie Kaffee, Tee, Kekse, .....es ist alles dort was man braucht. Die Klimaanlagen in jedem Raum sind für die Temperaturen im Sommer einfach Klasse!! Du kommst nach Hause und schnell ist es wirklich angenehm zum entspannen. Die Bäder sind super, die Duschen mit gutem Wasserdruck, auch für lange Haare prima. Mit der Waschmaschine kannst du bei Bedarf alles waschen, auch Waschmittel war bereits Vorort. Es war alles blitzsauber, sogar die Fenster, für mich ein großer Pluspunkt. Die Lage der Wohnung war für uns einfach prima, alles fußläufig zu erreichen, Lebensmittelläden mit allem was man braucht, zur Altstadt kannst du prima am Meer mit den zahlreichen Booten entlangschländern und schläfst abseits vom Trubel. Wir können diese Wohnung sehr weiterempfehlen, vielen Dank auch für die angenehme und immer schnelle Kommunikation!! Liebe Grüße nochmal an euch... Angelika Weber

Séjour très agréable à Split dans un logement proche du centre mais paisible et relaxant.

Un appartement au top : hyper propre , au calme tout en étant proche des grands axes routiers ou du bus, literie très confortable. Et un accueil très chaleureux de Sandra et ses parents qui vivent à côté. Le logement est très bien équipé, est resté frais malgré la chaleur de la semaine, la terrasse couverte est parfaite. Sandra s’est montrée très arrangeante sur les horaires. Je recommande à 100% .

Agradeço Nikola pela receptividade. A casa possui uma estrutura muito boa, apesar de ser apenas uma suíte. A piscina e jacuzzi são excelentes. A comunicação com o Nikola foi fácil e agradeço pelo agrado de boas vindas

This was a beautiful spot! Martina’s property was well taken care of with gardens and flowers. Beautiful view of Omiš. Can’t wait to visit again!

Ich versuche mich kurz zu halten obwohl ich wirklich viel (positives) schreiben könnte! Das Haus liegt etwas abseits von Split aber unproblematisch zu erreichen und wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Supermärkte, Restaurants und die Autobahnauffahrt sind schnell zu erreichen. Das Haus selbst ist modern und top ausgestattet (Kaffeevollautomat, Weinkühlschrank, Eismaschine). Das Highlight ist ein Jacuzzi mit Blick auf die Berge. Alles war gepflegt und super sauber! Der Garten und der Pool sind ebenfalls traumhaft, Liegen, Schirme, Loungemöbel und Gasgrill, alles vorhanden! Zuletzt möchte ich noch unserer Gastgeberin Tina danken. Sie hat uns herzlich empfangen und immer zuverlässig, zuvorkommend und rücksichtsvoll betreut und mit allen wichtigen Informationen versorgt die man sich wünscht! Herzlichen Dank Tina! Ich kann dieses Haus nur wärmsteins empfehlen, wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt und hoffen bald wieder zu kommen!

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

What a great small apartment that was perfect for our stay. Everything you needed was available and even added extras. Parking was a bonus and very convenient. Zeljana met us and was very helpful with the area and wonderful. Overall great stay.

Vi hade en fantastisk vistelse i detta hus! Läget var perfekt - lugnt, tyst och med med en hissnande vacker utsikt. Huset var mycket välstädat och köket välutrustat, vilket gjorde det enkelt att laga mat själva. Det lilla extra vid ankomst, med ost, chark och dryck var en mycket uppskattat gest. Särskilt när man som vi anländer sent, efter att matvarubutikerna har stängt. Poolen var härlig att svalka sig i och pingisbordet bidrog till många roliga stunder. Tillgång till tvättmaskin var väldigt praktiskt. Mataffär och restaurang låg på bekvämt avstånd med bil, vilket gjorde det enkelt att handla och äta ute om man så önskade. Jasna och Jelena var tillgängliga och mycket tillmötesgående i kommunikationen. De ordnade både barnstol och resesäng åt oss, då vi hade en baby med oss i resesällskapet. Vi kan bara varmt rekommendera detta boende och skulle gärna återvända!

We stayed couple of nights here and it was just amazing. Very clean apartment with everything you need inside. Thanks to Erna & Barbara we had an amazing vacation. We recommend this place a lot!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

A perfect Airbnb, looked exactly like the pictures apart from the stunning balcony which was even better in person for enjoying dinner outside with a wonderful view. The host always responded quickly and had lots of helpful recommendations which we took full advantage of. The location was also ideal and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 5-20 minutes. The apartment kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking dinner, we would love to visit again!

Dijana und Dragan waren supernette Hosts, haben mir sehr freundlich Orientierung über die Möglichkeiten rundum gegeben und waren mit allem behilflich. Sie waren immer erreichbar und wir hatten einen wirklich netten Kontakt. Sie stellten mir auch ein Fahrrad zur Verfügung, mit dem ich gut die Umgebung erkunden konnte. Der Platz gab mir viel ruhigen Freiraum und der Blick von dem wunderbaren Balkon ist atemberaubend schön. Das kleine Studio ist liebevoll und sauber hergerichtet. Der Ort bietet nette Möglichkeiten zu essen und es gibt einige schöne Strände. Perfekt für ein paar schöne Inseltage.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad in het appartement van Ivana. Vlak voor aankomst kregen we te horen dat we een ander appartement kregen dan geboekt. Dit appartement was het naastliggende appartement ten opzichte van het gehuurde appartement. Desalniettemin, was het een mooi appartement en we hebben genoten. Het appartement had alles wat we nodig hadden, Ivana reageerde snel en we hebben een fijne tijd gehad in het verblijf.

Very nice host, good value for money, perfect for family holidays

Nos gustó mucho el apartamento, es cómodo, luminoso y está muy bien equipado. También estaba muy limpio. Además está muy cerca del centro comercial del que salen autobuses gratuitos hacia el puerto y tiene un supermercado grande, nos pareció súper útil. Los anfitriones fueron muy amables!

Le logement était parfait et d’une propreté impeccable. Martina a été d’une gentillesse incroyable et a répondu très rapidement à nos questions. Je recommande ☀️
