Holiday rentals with a patio in River Cetina

We enjoyed our stay in this apartment, spacious balcony area perfect for a family outdoor dinner and relaxing in the hot tub. Easy walk into the old town - about 15 minutes. Marina provided clear check in instructions and recommendations on restaurants which we tried out and enjoyed! If you’re looking for a quiet place to stay and unwind after a busy day exploring then you should definitely stay here.

The place was beautiful & walkable to old town & the beaches. The host was friendly and always responsive. The place was stocked with everything you need. We really enjoyed the outside decks.

Ivo’s airbnb was perfect for our stay in Split! Ivo was extremely helpful at check in and during our stay if we had any questions. The place was lovely and within walking distance to the old town and many restaurants. We could leave our car parked at the apartment and walk wherever we needed to go! It was also a great place to relax and get some work done - very peaceful. I would highly recommend staying here and would definitely stay again if/when I’m back in Split!

Our vacation in Pisak was wonderful, also due to the beautifully located apartment. Several small beaches are immediately and quickly accessible on foot. They were not very frequented and surrounded by beautiful rocks and trees. Simply fantastic. The water was crystal clear and shimmered turquoise blue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There was also no shortage of necessary equipment. Mario surprised us with a plate of ham and cheese and a bottle of wine. Thanks to the air conditioning, the temperatures were fine at night, you should just make sure to always leave the door to the bedroom wide open, as the device is in the hallway. A mosquito net is only on the bedroom window, a mosquito door to the balcony, would be a small suggestion. It was an unforgettable stay that we can only recommend!

We loved our stay at Ivana’s flat. The flat itself is lovely - spacious, clean and has everything you need. Great location - peaceful, but so easy to get to the centre and Diocletian’s palace. Ivana provided amazing recommendations too, and was really helpful and responsive. Only sad we couldn’t stay longer! Would definitely recommend.

Really wonderful place in Old Town. Lovely private space nestled into the old, labyrinthian quarter. Gave a vibe and glimpse of being a part of this charming community. Helpful hosts. Recommend.

The apartment is perfect and is near the marina which has a few bars for a quiet night. The area is residential which we loved, shops nearby too. We asked nicely and Goran gave us somewhere to leave our cases between checkout and our onward travel. 5 minutes to the sea and nearest bar and 15-20 minutes to the busy bit. Can’t fault it. 😎

A top apartment: super clean, quiet while being close to major roads or the bus, very comfortable bedding. And a very warm welcome from Sandra and her parents who live next door. The accommodation is very well equipped, remained cool despite the heat of the week, the covered terrace is perfect. Sandra was very accommodating with the schedules. I would recommend it 100% .

Nikola was amazingly helpful, even during some stressful situations! Would love to stay there again if in Split.

I came here for an intimate girls trip for my birthday and it's been the best trip! The home is absolutely stunning, the views throughout the home are breath taking and just gorgeous. We had lots of privacy, everything in the home was easy to use and easy to find, the pool was freezing though but nonetheless we still swam and had a great time. The host was super friendly and welcoming and available if we needed, we were very appreciative for her help and kindness. Thank you so much Sanja! <3

This place is absolutely like the pictures let you imagine. Peaceful und privat. It was great watching the amazing view to the Sea in the hammock with different colours at different times of the day and night. The apartment was well equipment Kitchen and clean spaces. Spacious parkingspot for even a big car. We're coming back, thanks Marko! 😊

we enjoyed our stay. The house is clean, large, equipped with all the comforts. Antonio was a nice host and very helpful. During our stay, June 2025, unfortunately, there was construction at 2 houses next to us, so we experienced some inconvenience. This will probably be completed quickly.

We had an amazing stay at this house! The location was perfect - calm, quiet and with a breathtakingly beautiful view. The house was very well cleaned and the kitchen well equipped, which made it easy to cook yourself. The little extra on arrival, with cheese, cold cuts and drinks was a very appreciated gesture. Especially when you arrive late, after the grocery stores have closed. The pool was lovely to cool off in and the ping pong table contributed to many fun moments. Access to a washing machine was very practical. Grocery store and restaurant were within a comfortable distance by car, which made it easy to shop and eat out if you wanted. Jasna and Jelena were available and very accommodating in communication. They arranged both a high chair and a travel bed for us, as we had a baby with us in the travel party. We can only highly recommend this accommodation and would love to return!

The apartment was a great base to explore Split. We also went on day trips to Hvar and The National Park which we enjoyed. The apartment is exactly like it is in the photos and is very clean and well equipped. We appreciated the extras touches - drinks in the fridge and pastries when we arrived and toiletries and lots of towels. It is five floors up but this means the terrace has great views over the harbour. Anamarija was an excellent host and we loved our stay.

A perfect Airbnb, looked exactly like the pictures apart from the stunning balcony which was even better in person for enjoying dinner outside with a wonderful view. The host always responded quickly and had lots of helpful recommendations which we took full advantage of. The location was also ideal and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted within 5-20 minutes. The apartment kitchen was fully equipped and perfect for cooking dinner, we would love to visit again!
