Monthly Rentals in Riverfront, Wilmington

We had a wonderful stay at Audrey’s place while stopping in Wilmington for our Honeymoon! The parking pass to the parking garage was a HUGE amenity for us. We walked everywhere our entire stay. Audrey provided very informative instructions on getting into the building/unit but it was still a bit confusing. However, we felt very safe knowing there were multiple locked doors between us and the public. The space was very clean and comfortable. Although we were below a rooftop bar and in the heart of downtown Saturday night bar crawls, Audrey’s white noise machine made it to where we slept with no issues. Overall, we would highly recommend staying here and would stay here again if we return to Wilmington.

Super cute and quaint! Awesome stay in the heart of downtown where everything includes cafes, breweries, bars, pubs, restaurants and markets are easily accessible and walkable! It’s on the second floor so you never hear anyone above you. Responsive host and the place is exactly as listed. The only non-ideal thing which most of Wilmington has issue over is the parking. Upon entering the parking lot to the left of the Tarrymore (where condo is located) we were told that the parking pass included doesn’t cover that area and that the parking was already full where we could have parked. There’s also only one parking pass. But we met a guy who worked in the area who seems to help manage and he let us park in the lot for $20 for 3 nights which was a steal. All in all not too bad and def preferred that. It was also over Memorial Day where streets were blocked off so street parking (free) wasn’t an option. All and all, great time!

Summer communicated all instructions well before arriving and made the whole process super easy. There are so many things that you can walk to from this location, making it a perfect spot to stay. It was very clean and the bed was super comfortable

Great place in a wonderful location. We loved that there were many places to visit within walking distance.
