I really enjoyed my stay and for sure will book it again.

Taylor home was very peaceful and cozy. My significant other and I were at Riverside for a quick two night stay visiting the area for a graduation. The home was what we needed which was a cozy bed and nice shower at an affordable price. We thank Taylor for her accommodations!

Cute tiny house fully stocked with everything you might need. Easy walk to downtown and plenty of restaurants nearby. Sylvia is very responsive should you need anything.

Joanna’s place was a wonderful way to feel at home in Riverside. Very relaxing & peaceful, while being walkable to downtown.

Seamless and efficient check-in. Quiet and clean. Pictures are exactly the same in person. Owners are flexible and extremely responsive. I booked again! And will always consider this place if I get assignment in the area.

I felt the price alone was amazing for all the amenities provided, the area was quiet yet easily accessible to restraunts and other things, the host was very kind to me during my stay there I would high recommend it.

This place is a beautiful oasis! The back yard is perfect for spending a whole day or evening, swimming, sun bathing, grilling burgers and hanging out with the family!

Excellent Stay for Special Occasion! We had a wonderful time staying at this charming apartment during our niece's graduation in Long Beach. The location couldn't have been better - everything we needed was within easy reach, making our trip so much more convenient. The host really went above and beyond with thoughtful touches that made our stay special. The apartment came well-stocked with extra linens, a record player that added great ambiance, and a fully equipped kitchen that had everything we needed. The cozy atmosphere made it feel like a home away from home. Perfect spot for anyone visiting Long Beach - we'd definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The place has a nice environment and was generally comfortable. Parking was easy, which was a big plus. However, getting in was a bit tricky — you have to enter through the balcony, which was a little complicated. It also takes a few minutes for the hot water to come on in the shower, and the water pressure is just average. I recommend bringing your own shampoo and body wash, as the provided toiletries had a strong, unpleasant smell and didn’t seem to be good quality, so we didn’t use them.

The apartment was the perfect place to stay for us. The location was very quiet and had just the right amount of Goldie Locks and the Three Bears along with Bambi. Truly was perfect!

Place was great! Regine was extremely responsive and thoughtful, even when answering questions that were explained within the instructions in the apartment. Location was amazing and we definitely would stay here again.

I had a great stay at this Airbnb! The location was perfect close to downtown Riverside with plenty of entertainment, venues, bars, and fun spots like arcades and karaoke. The Cheech museum was also just a short drive away. The place itself was very comfortable and felt just like home. I loved the California vibes with the palm trees lining the street, it made for a very relaxing stay. Street parking was generally easy, though I didn’t realize there were street cleaning days, so I did end up getting a fine (so just a heads-up for future guests to check the signs!). Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely stay here again!

Great little stay I had it was just one night I booked really late because I had to check out of my hotel room due to a bug problem. Sindy was great and replied really fast. She made me feel comfortable and heard. Thank you! The room was also very private with its own entrance. Great stay for a great price !

I have stayed in a number of Air B&B's and Loredana's place is a 10 (10 being the highest). Her place is super clean, well appointed, has oodles of amenities (including a washer & dryer and a complete kitchen). There is a designated parking spot right in front of the condo. It was quiet at night and yet near everything you could possibly need. Loredana is responsive in her communication. This will be my first choice when I come back to visit family again!

The place was very clean, very well laid out and homey, lots of closet space, and I can't say enough about how well-stocked the house was! Plenty of kitchen supplies - everything you could ever need - as well as cleaning supplies, plenty of towels, even extra toilet paper and tissues if you ran out. Office area was a great place to sit and put on my make-up and dry my hair (using the portable make up mirror provided in the bathroom) while my husband showered! Eric was very responsive to any questions. Easy check-in and check out. We would definitely stay again if in the area.

Autumns condo was the perfect location for a wedding at the Lake Arrowhead resort. It was walking distance to the resort and 2 minute walk to the Village. The condo was clean and perfectly appointed for all our needs. Will definitely look into staying the next time we visit.

Vanessa’s place was the perfect spot for my family & I since we had extended our vacation in California for a day, the place was clean & her communication was great. She was even willing to allow us to extend our checkout time a few hours longer so we were not rushing to leave in the morning. Would definitely stay again.
