La maison est située au cœur de la Vallée de la Loire, à proximité d’Angers, dans un parc de 3,6 hectares intégralement clôturé avec une mare et une piscine creusée (non chauffée). L'accès à la propriété se fait par un portail électrique. Notre maison (résidence principale) se situe également sur la propriété à proximité de la maison que vous occuperez. Bon séjour en Anjou !
