Quel plaisir d'arriver dans un appartement aussi grand, bien équipé, impeccable, à proximité du centre ville tout en étant au calme. Des petites attentions qui montrent que le propriétaire est attentif au bien-être de ses locataires et des informations très claires pour arriver dans les meilleures conditions. Il ne manque rien, tout est en parfait état et l'appartement est encore plus grand que ce qui apparaît sur l'album photos. Nous avons passé une merveilleuse semaine et ne manquerons pas d'y séjourner à nouveau. Merci Benoit

Der Aufenthalt war super. Die Wohnung war wohl gerade neu renoviert/eingerichtet, es roch etwas wie in einem Möbelhaus nach neuer Einrichtung. Es war sehr sauber, es waren alle nötigen Kochutensilien vorhanden. Es gab ein paar Dinge, die in der Beschreibung standen, jedoch fehlten : Grundgewürze, Geschirrtücher, unterschiedliche Müllsäcke. Im Mülleimer befand sich ein Müllsack, die Mülltrennung haben wir nach bestem Wissen vorgenommen. Der genaue Ort zum Entsorgen(draußen) war uns nicht bekannt. Der beschriebene Parkplatz war etwas unverständlich für uns, wir hoffen, das wir niemanden gestört haben mit dem Standplatz. Leider funktionierte die Heizung nicht, was bei 10 Grad Außentemperatur, doch etwas kühl war, vor allem im Bad. Ansonsten eine super Wohnung, um die Umgebung und Belgien zu erkunden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Superbe appartement dans un endroit paisible. Le tram pour aller dans centre de Bruxelles est même pas à 5min à pied. Si vous voulez visiter Bruxelles et c'est alentours je vous le recommande.

Hôte très accueillante et sympathique ! A été à l’écoute pour toute demande et besoin. Un logement impeccable, outils, matériel, tout était disponible et sur place. Malgré que nous entendons bien les voiture passant principalement dans la première chambre et un peu moins dans la deuxième, pour une court séjour cela ne pose aucun problème. Je recommande fortement ce logement avec son petit jardin extérieur très agréable.

We absolutely loved our stay! From the very beginning Tanguy was super helpful and responsive. We were able to check in early, and he took the time to show us around the apartment and give us local recommendations. There were thoughtful treats stocked throughout the house as well. The area was gorgeous. Tanguy kept telling us it was home and it truly felt that way. We will definitely be back!

This place is very bright, peaceful & beautiful, tucked away in a quiet one-way street close by to the Place Keym. Guillaume was very helpful & responsive, making sure that everything was going well. I would highly recommend this place!

A very beautiful, large and fully equipped one bedroom. Loved the peacefulness and modern touches.. Had everything we needed for a week's stay.. Nice garden with outside dining and seating all for the guests....There's a lovely forrest 5 min walk and shops are very near and walkable.. Caroline is a perfect host.. My stay at Sylvie's apartment was exceptional. Moving to a new country is always difficult, and staying at Sylvie’s apartment made my transition so much easier. I instantly felt at home in her apartment. The apartment was spotless upon arrival, and I appreciated the attention to detail. The kitchen had everything I needed and even a selection of spices. The living room was warm and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a long day. Sylvie’s warm and genuine hospitality truly made my stay exceptional. She was incredibly helpful with recommendations for local restaurants and shops. She even shared invaluable insights about Belgian culture, and even recommended some hidden gems that I wouldn't have found otherwise. I think we have a new friend here. I strongly recommend Sylvie's apartment to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and welcoming place to stay in Belgium.

El alojamiento está en una zona tranquila de Louvain-la-Neuve, cerca del lago y perfecto para relajar y desconectar tras trabajar en la universidad o cualquier cosa. La terraza es muy agradable y fue una estancia maravillosa para poder disfrutar de la calma y avanzar en mis investigaciones académicas.

C’était super, court mais un appartement très cosy et le jaccuzi est vraiment un élément en plus. De plus, notre hôte a été super chaleureuse (même la décoration) et très disponible

Great apartment, well equipped, clean and stylish. Beds were really comfy and close to shops and only a 20 minute walk from Grand Place. We especially enjoyed the sauna, great addition. Zawar was really helpful and made sure everything was okay whilst we stayed. Thank you for having us.

Our stay at Kosi Penthouse was amazing. The space is beautiful with great amenities. Our daughter loved the views from the hot tub and sauna.

NIce, spacious apartment with great lighting options and warm interior. The bed was super comfortable and the bathroom (on the lower level of the apt) was spacious. Neighborhood is quiet while also having good access to trams, restaurants, and multiple supermarkets. Highly recommend!

Super fijn verblijf! Zeer schoon en netjes. Prachtige sauna. Goede locatie. Flora was erg behulpzaam. Een puntje van aandacht is de douchekop die nergens aan kon hangen. Verder hebben we met onze kinderen genoten van het appartement.
