The Orangery is a studio space situated at Coes Farm an organic vineyard and orchard making natural wines and ciders and offers 50 acres of absolute tranquillity in amongst nature, with a bit of luxury thrown in too! We have formal gardens and ornamental ponds, a large lake, plenty of woodland, open fields, an indoor saltwater swimming pool with hot tub, a tennis court and a games room. We planted our 5 acre vineyard in Spring 2021 and extended the existing Orchard with cider varieties in 2023.

Nestled between the beautiful East Sussex villages of Ticehurst and Wadhurst (voted the best place to live in the UK 2023), The Studio at Brick Kiln Farm offers a unique opportunity to relax and stay next to working farmland surrounded by stunning countryside. Ideally situated, guests are spoilt for choice when deciding how to spend their days. Bewl Water, Bedgebury and Scotney Castle are within easy driving distance and an evening can be finished at one of the excellent nearby village pubs.

Lavender House is a beautifully restored period cottage in the heart of Ewhurst Green, with views over the iconic Bodiam Castle, one of the most photographed landmarks in East Sussex. Quirky cottage charm meets modern comfort throughout: bright, airy rooms, exposed character features and everything you need for a genuinely relaxing stay. Two generous outdoor spaces make the most of the sunshine, and the White Dog pub is literally 100 metres from the front - this property is one of a kind!

The Lodge - Lower Barn Farm, Junction Road, Bodiam

The Lodge at Lower Barn Farm is a quirky, rustic, converted barn designed with recycled materials sourced from the farm, which makes for an ideal rural getaway. 70 acres of rolling country side and wooded grounds on the Kent and Sussex borders, complete with idyllic fishing lakes, are just waiting to be explored. There are woodland walks, an abundance of wildlife to be discovered and even the 14th century Bodiam castle, a 5 minute ride away, if you’re lucky you might even spot a kingfisher.

Our Grade ll Barn is in a quiet countryside spot within driving distance of Eastbourne, Tunbridge Wells, Brighton and Hastings. This unique place has a style all of its own. A spacious home for a romantic getaway or a weekend adventure exploring the local beaches, walks & golf clubs The Barn is equipped with a hot tub, outdoor cinema screen, Ooni pizza oven, firepit/BBQ. We have a driveway which has space for two cars directly outside. *Please note our place is NOT suitable for children.

Calm Sussex Retreat

Enjoy my beautiful home while I’m away in the quaint village of Staplecross for your Sussex adventures in the Rother valley and wider area. Built in 1845 it comes with a bespoke fireplace in an open plan living/dining room, two spacious double bedrooms, a courtyard dining area and free off-road parking on the drive. Staplecross has a lively local community and is famed for its access to ancient woodlands and walking trails on foot and for our traditional Sussex bonfire celebrations.

Explore local walks, Go Ape at Bedgebury Forest, paddleboarding & watersports or tour our local wineries.

The Potting Shed-perfect for family and friends

The Potting Shed is a fabulous space to spend time with family and friends. With easily access to footpaths local beaches and historic sites such as Battle Abbey, Herstmoneux Castle , Hasting Old Town, Bodium Castle etc.The Potting Shed has its own self contained garden (fenced) so well-behaved dogs are more than welcome. All the pubs and resturants locally to us allow dogs . No stag or hendos - sorry! we can sleep 4 x adults but also 2 x children on pull out beds

Hop Pickers Retreat is found in the heart of an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB) on the Kent and East Sussex border. Located on an farm you are surrounded by wildlife, birdsong, mooing cows, stunning views and in the summertime the sound of a combine, combining the crops in the surrounding fields. It is the ideal place to turn off that phone and unwind with your glass of your favourite tipple in the woodfired hot tub underneath the big starry sky.

‘The Parlour’ is a converted old dairy barn located on a working farm, nestled in an area of outstanding natural beauty. With views across fields and forests - and the odd resident cow - this is the perfect place to unwind and explore everything East Sussex has to offer. Built in 1890, ‘The Parlour’ has plenty of character and has been converted to a high spec - making it cosy and modern throughout - with everything you need for a relaxing stay.

At the heart of 1066 country, in a designated Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, this romantic cottage sits in a peaceful, rural location on the edge of Robertsbridge, perfect for exploring the countryside and coast nearby. Keen gardeners will find us ideally placed for the gardens at Perch Hill, Great Dixter and Sissinghurst, or history buffs will adore our proximity to Battle and castles at Bodiam and Scotney.

Set in a picturesque village with miles of country walks, this detached Summer House is located just a few minutes walk from the village centre where you will find a local pub, tea rooms and village store. From its position you will enjoy beautiful views of rolling countryside and access to various walks on your doorstep. There are several National Trust places close by like Sissinghurst and Scotney Castle.
