Black Elephant, Chamonix, Dieu Donne winery's and the famous Winetram are just a short walk away. Nooks is sumptuous, private, cosy, relaxing, full of original art, high ceilings, log fires, beautiful generous spaces and mountain views. This is the most perfect ever listing. Privacy, location, quality. FULLY SOLAR POWERED. Completed by a top designer, breathtaking views of the mountains and wine valley, next to Le Lude champagne estate and restaurant, on an equestrian estate. And under 10 minutes walk to the centre of town, 5 minutes to Le Lude or Haute Cabriere estates, the monument, museum etc. There is even a friendly water mongoose named Tilly who will come to visit! NO CHILDREN of any age allowed, including infants.

It features an enormous double volume living room, bedroom (2 adult) together with a dining & kitchen area + sun room. This lovely family home offers a no-fuss, comfortable country retreat in both winter and summer. It sleeps 8 comfortably, 9-10 with a squeeze. The covered patio and braai area overlook the swimming pool (with safety net) and large garden. In winter the wood-burning fire will keep you warm.
