Quiet house between Sancy and Puy de Dôme

Gite located in the heart of the volcanos of auvergne in a small peaceful corner. You will find all the comfort to enjoy a good moment with family or friends: large living room, 3 single rooms and 2 bathrooms. You can enjoy the outside. In summer, it is the departure of circuits to discover the Domes Sancy region. In winter, it is located 15 minutes from the Cap Guery mountain center, Nordic area with Nordic ski trails, snowshoeing, dog sled rides.

We welcome you in an old renovated barn combining modernity and old world charm. You will find 4 bedrooms (including a master suite with shower and bathtub and dressing room) that can accommodate 9 people. A large living space with a kitchen open to the dining room. The lounge area is located on the mezzanine: a warm space conducive to rest. You can also enjoy a garage, and a small garden where you will have garden furniture and BBQ.

The "Chalet Perché" of Mont Dore

Small atypical, unique and charming cottage perched just above the city center of Mont Dore, accessible by an uphill path of about 80 m. Feeling of being immersed in nature, with a beautiful view of the Capucin Mountain… while being less than a 5-min walk to the city center, thermal baths, terraces, shops… It has an equipped kitchen open to a living area with sofa bed, a bathroom and a bedroom. Cleaning, linens and towels included.

In a typical Auvergne house, between Sancy and the Chaîne des Puys, you can enjoy the calm and wide open spaces at an altitude of nearly 1,000 m. Laqueuille, a tourist town, between Terre (Bleu de Laqueuille) and Eau, 25 minutes from Mont-Dore ski resort, 35 minutes from Chastreix ski resort and 50 minutes from Super-Besse. Outdoor activities, total disconnection to breathe and discover beautiful landscapes in all seasons.
