Nestled in a green setting among chestnut trees, our cottage facing the Aizac volcano is located halfway between the mountain and southern Ardèche. Several villages of character are to visit nearby as well as the famous village of Antraigues-sur-Volane thanks to Jean Ferrat (3 Km). Our small house will welcome you in all simplicity in the quiet of the Ardèche countryside at an altitude of 350 m (15 minutes from Montelimar). You will find everything you need, dishwasher, washing machine, connected TV, WiFi etc... (+Detail in the listing) you can enjoy the warmth of the wood fire in winter and bask in the sun in summer. Over the years we have been striving to improve its comfort, this year the bathroom has been renovated.

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). This old sheepfold that we renovated is minutes from the village of ROCHEMAURE. Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.
