It is located upstairs, for four adults, adjoining the owners' farmhouse. 48 m2 living room, with fully equipped open kitchen, relaxation area with 127 cm TV, air conditioning. 35 m2 master suite with walk-in shower, double sinks, separate toilet, air conditioning. 30 m2 mezzanine. Both beds are 160 X 200. Private terrace with Weber barbecue.

Terrace, 10 m² pool, barbecue, wood-burning oven (optional). The house is located close to Rochemaure, Montélimar, close to the gorges of the Ardèche, Vallon Pont d'Arc. We live there all year round, so it's our "home" that we rent out when we go on vacation.
