Laurie is a great host - so communicative, helpful, organized and thorough in instructions! It’s clear she’s committed to ensuring her guests have a positive experience at her place. The apartment was great - good price point, great location, private & quiet, and accurately described.

The space was very quiet, comfortable and roomy. The view of the cove was really nice and the outside landscaping was beautiful with lots of flowering trees. The location is within minutes of the beach, fine restaurants, great coffee shop (the chocolate sparrow) and bike trail, but a very quiet location. I highly recommend Barbara's place and would stay again on our next visit to the Cape.

the place was comfortable, spacious, very clean. The kitchen was well stocked. very good shower. Of note, if you are a very light sleeper like me, there is an apartment upstairs. The person living above us was extremely quiet but I was woken up by the sound of the toilet flushing upstairs on some early mornings. Only because I am a very light sleeper. The refrigerator is also quite loud (older model) and since this is an open space design, some of my family members noticed and found it annoying. All in all we enjoyed our stay and would rent this place again!

It was better than what was advertised! We’d definitely stay again.
