Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rockport

My son was graduating from Landmark High School. He is a boarding student so we needed a place close by. There was room for his extended family. The kids loved the games and activities.

Annisquam Bridge House is an incredible location to soak up the beauty of Cape Ann. With the footbridge almost at your doorstep, you can walk easily over to Annisquam, which has to be one of the prettiest places in New England. You can also swim, kayak or SUP from the public dock halfway across the bridge. Heaven! The apartment is cozy, comfortable and beautifully decorated. It’s easy to get anywhere in Gloucester you want or need to go with its great restaurants, beautiful beaches, and a unique atmosphere. We can’t wait to book for next summer!

Wonderful stay. Wide open spaces downstairs and great bedrooms upstairs. Super clean with lots of amenities. Judy was super helpful and responsive. Highly recommend this space if you are staying anywhere near Rockport. Do not hesitate with this wonderful home and host. We would 100% stay again.

The house is in a quiet and beautiful location. My family had everything we needed and especially enjoyed the many outdoor spaces around the house. The beds were comfy. Everything is high quality and impeccably clean. Kevin is super responsive. It's a short walk to the water and there is a footpath once there with an incredible view. A 2 minute drive to Rockport shops and restaurants. Highly recommend!

An eclectic spot with all you need for a pleasant stay. Comfortable and cozy - washer & dryer a plus. Mimi and Manny are excellent hosts. Load-in is awesome - you can park very close to the side entrance. Quaint and charming.

Perfect hidden little gem in a quiet tucked away neighborhood of Marblehead. Visited this town a few times and this is the 2nd place we've stayed in. Both were great - in completely different neighborhoods. It was nice having our own parking space directly in front of the house. The house is pretty inside, bright and clean - very modern and updated. We loved having the TV's in both the LR and the BR. Not a thing I would change. It was nice having the private backyard for our dog - although she wasn't taking to the artificial turf for some reason! So we opted for walks around the lovely little neighborhood. Would definitely stay again! Hayley was a FAB host!

Beautiful home, incredible convenience of being able to walk down a trail to the market and cafe for everything you could possibly need (and then some!) and such picturesque surroundings -- including trails on their property along with Wagon Hill Farm across the street. This property is perfection!

We had a great stay at Dan and Janet's carriage house! The place was attractive, neat as a pin and super clean. The bed was very comfortable. My husband and I had come up to Massachusetts to spend time with my family and this proved to be an excellent location for us--close to so many of the North Shore's attractions--Newbury Port, Plum Island, Essex, Gloucester. What made our stay particularly special for me was being able to walk over to lovely old Ipswich. I grew up not too far from Ipswich, in Danvers, but hadn't spent any time just strolling around Ipswich center. We particularly enjoyed getting pizza at the Riverview Restaurant, taking a stroll along the Riverwalk and through the magical meadow by the Whipple House. We highly recommend this cozy place!

Joyce was quite responsive to my questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plum Island has always been a favorite of ours, but the drive is long (2 hours without traffic). Getting to stay overnight, enjoy the sunsets and sunrises, easy walk to the beach, and a short drive to town made for a delightful stay. Joyce has put a lot of thought into every detail of the place....from the decor to the amenities....whether in the kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, laundry, etc. We can't wait to come back again!

Our stay at Dave's place on Winter Island was spectacular! The photos do not do justice for the views. The yard is beautiful and well-kept, and my favorite part was sitting on the porch with my coffee each morning. Inside is cozy, but perfect for two guests. Dave has all you'll need in the kitchen and bathroom, which was a bonus! We traveled from New Mexcio, and it was a long ways, but I would absolutely stay at Dave's place again if we come back to the area. You won't find a better accommodation, and at this price, just amazing. So grateful I was able to bring my daughter for such an incredible stay in Salem.

This was the perfect place to stay in Ipswich! Clean, beautifully furnished, and easy walking distance to town. Will definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay with beautiful and private surroundings. It’s a very small but lovely town with super easy access to other towns and beaches. We did several of Thad’s recommendations and was not disappointed. We recommend this place to stay at when visiting any of the area towns especially Salem, Boston and our favorite Rockport. Singing beach is so relaxing but be prepared to park and walk if you don’t get there early enough to buy a ticket to park in the private lot. The walk isn’t too bad. This apartment served for a pleasant stay! I reserved the stay for four adults and it was exactly what we needed. The amenities made it easy to feel at home and the walkable surroundings felt safe. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The hosts were also nice and responsive which is very reassuring as a guest.

We were only there for one night and wished we had more time! The apartment was beautiful, with thoughtful touches like ambient lighting that created a cozy atmosphere. The king bedroom in the attic was a perfect space to unwind. The beds were very comfortable, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee pods to start our morning.

We had a great stay! The space was nice, clean, and very quiet. Parking was convenient, and the location was fantastic— since it was just a short drive the Crane Estate (where we attended a wedding). Communication with the host was great—we received quick and helpful responses. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-kept place in a great area!

What more can I say that hasn't already been said by other guests? The place was perfect for our 35th anniversary get-a-way. Darryl was so on top of things. We had a question and it was answered within 2 minutes. He really is a SUPER HOST.

The best place to stay in Salem and the best host I’ve encountered on Airbnb to date. Alex and David were friendly, thoughtful, communicative and accommodating. Their place is spacious, quaint and comfortable. We made great use of the great location across from the common, walking into the city center for all our outings. We couldn’t have had a better time and stay, thank you so much!

We had a great stay at this lovely place in East Boston. Everything was spotless and just as pictured. The hosts were also super gracious to let us check in early and store our luggage while we did some more sightseeing our last day.

Very comfortable place with deck where our dogs could be outside with us while we enjoyed the weather and a glass of wine. Kitchen well-equipped with everything we needed to cook and enjoy ourselves. The nespresso machine was wonderful. Also, Starbucks was just a short walk. The in-unit laundry was very convenient. The college was also a short walk where our pups could enjoy some green space. There is a park by the beach which is also a short walk, it was a little harder to get there because one must cross a busy street but, well worth it, once you got there. Downtown was a bit of a hike but, again well worth it once you were there and you did not have to worry about parking. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended this condo.
