The house is located on our 80+ acre family farm where black angus cattle also reside. You may also spot deer, turkeys, and other wildlife. There are numerous bird feeders so you can enjoy birdwatching from several outdoor seating areas. The property is filled with paths through wildflower gardens and has expansive views of the surrounding mountains.

This beautiful ranch style brick home sits on 24 acres of mostly wooded property. From the front porch you have a wonderful view of Hinch Mountain. There are 3 beds and 2 baths with a large open kitchen and dining room. There is a laundry room with washer and dryer and additional playroom and mud room. Enjoy the many things to see and do in and around Knoxville and then come back and relax in our little dwelling.

It is located 10-15 minutes from downtown and UT so you can experience all downtown has to offer or just go to the games. If outdoors is more your thing it is only about 5-10 minutes away from I C King Park and 10-15 minutes away from Ijams and the greenways both places offer the finest biking and hiking trails.
