The house is located in a very centric area. Two to ten minutes walking distance from the beach, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, shops, discos and train station. It is situated in Costa Daurada, 45 min from Barcelona airport, close to the Roman city of Tarragona, Port Aventura and the wine districts of Penedes and Priorat.

They are totally secluded and have a separate entrance from the street and spacious and sunny terrace for the renters. Air conditioning (cold/heat) in all rooms. Two full bathrooms (suite and general). Dining room with kitchenette. Suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Room with two bunk beds. Living room with TV, armchairs, and sofa (bed).

Thanks to the house's previous inhabitant, an endearing Englishman, we were able to make our project a reality: an old, charmingly restored house: one of the oldest houses in the town that we personally restored with great affection and in which we tried to maintain the original elements (wooden beams, staircase, stone arch) without losing any comfort. Its white color invites tranquility and reminds you how close it is to the sea.
