Apartment holiday rentals in Roda

We stayed a few days because we had a conference at the hotel opposite and there were no rooms left, so it was a luxury. Both Cristina and José Ángel have been wonderful and the apartment is exactly what it says it is. The place is small, so three fit just right, but for a beach apartment you will not find it more comfortable and modern than this. They include everything you need to cook and even to season the food, so you can. As a minor issue, the shower water leaks through the joints and wets the floor, but it's not much. Everything is very good. We are very happy and would repeat if we needed an accommodation nearby.

We had a very good experience at this home. The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with appliances, it has a bathroom in excellent condition and a bedroom with two single beds, as well as a large and very comfortable sofa bed. The area is excellent and quiet, ideal for resting, and the large terrace was a great plus. The air conditioning works great. The accommodation also includes towels and everything you need to go to the beach, which was very practical. Bryan was a very attentive host and communicated very well with us. As we were late, he kindly left the keys in a safe place so we could pick them up without a problem. Everything worked perfectly. We would definitely recommend it.

excellent!! we feel at home, it is a cozy apartment, it has all the utensils you would need or have in your house. We wanted to get out of the routine and be close to the sea and it was perfect for the kids, the pet and us. 👌 A very quiet area to rest, go down to the pool or go to the beach. We would definitely repeat

Los Urrutias and specifically the apartment is a perfect place for tranquility and to be able to have a time to breathe and relax. The apartment is very good dining room and kitchen in the large and spacious dining room, a room with a very comfortable and spacious double bed… the terrace is one of the best spaces with barbecue and ocean views. I don't know how you will be in summer but in Easter it is a perfect place to relax. Cartagena is 15 minutes away.

This is the loveliest apartment I have ever stayed in, the outside area is beautiful and the views are out of this world. Laura was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and very helpful. The apartment itself is beautifully appointed, very well equipped and the linen was spotless. Every detail had been considered and we felt very much at home. We didn’t want to leave! I would recommend hiring a car to enhance your stay, plenty of parking space available.

Very nice apartment with great and roomy roof terrace! Very good location by the beach and bars. If you have car there is a convenient parking downstairs. We also stored our rental bikes downstairs. This place is ideal for cycling trips! Only small downsize during our stay was the noise coming from nearby flying school. We highly recommend this place.

Lovely small complex great pool apartment was exactly what we wanted. The roof terrace absolutely made it perfect for us. Very spacious and naturally sun all day.

Tastefully furnished, super equipped kitchen, beautiful surroundings and very quiet area and pool. Fab solarium. Clubhouse food is really good and not expensive! I honestly can’t find a single aspect that wasn’t great. We will be back for sure. Steve is Sofie’s contact and he’s in the area. He is really helpful and responds to any query very quickly.

Excellent penthouse exactly as shown in the photos. Very easy to find and left over in equipment. I would only improve the cleaning since the furniture was full of dust which caused us allergies and the cleaning of the banos upon entering can improve. Otherwise a top penthouse...

Absolutely loved our stay here. The place was amazing — even better than the photos — and the views at sunset were truly unforgettable. The house was spotless, everything smelled great, and it was super well-equipped with everything we could possibly need. You can tell a lot of care goes into keeping it welcoming and comfortable. The hosts were also lovely: really responsive, friendly, and made everything super easy. Highly recommend this place — would definitely come back!

This is probably one of the nicest air bnbs my family and I have ever stayed in. We arrived very late and the instructions were so clear we had absolutely no issue finding our way with our little ones, despite it being early hours of the morning. The little welcome pack was perfect and the guide book that is provided is a god send! The location is stunning and peaceful and the apartment itself has everything you could ask for. It’s hard to relax on holiday sometimes with two very active kids but this place really accommodates for those relaxing peaceful evenings once the kids are settled. I highly recommend and really hope to return in the near future, thank you!

Very positive feedback on this superb apartment. Firstly, it is located in a magnificent residence, well secured and 40 minutes walk from the town of Los Alcázares. It is easily accessible on foot and also by car. Secondly, this apartment allows a certain privacy but also a conviviality, with its two bathrooms (one of them is included in the bedroom area with the double bed), the balcony and the air conditioning creates a dream space. Not to mention that the swimming pool is 3 minutes walk from the apartment. Thirdly, towels, blankets, bathroom products, make-up remover wipes and bottles of fresh water are available. For travelers arriving from Alicante airport and who didn’t rent a car, it is possible to take the Busbam buses from the airport to Los Narejos (It stops at Av. De la Constitucion near the Camaleon bar). The journey costs 8-9€ per person and can be a bit long depending on traffic jams (2-3 hours). Finally, Veronica was very responsive and answered all our questions! Thanks

Great apartment, very clean and spacious. Roof terrace was a bonus for sitting out and enjoying the sunshine. Have stayed in Roda a few times and this was by far the best apartment. Will stay again the next time we visit the area.

Beautiful apartment, hot tub was a lovely touch. All linen provided along with beach towels and beach blankets which was a great addition. Area is very quiet, even the complex was super peaceful (not sure if this is because we visited in May so may have been out of season). We hired a car so commuting to bars restaurants shops etc was doable but without a car this may be more tricky. Very responsive and helpful hosts thank you for having us stay ☺️

This apartment was absolutely stunning. Very clean, fresh and well maintained. We felt guilty leaving even a small wrapper on the floor so kept it spotless like we received it. The hot tub was fantastic. The bed was extremely comfortable and the shower very powerful. Will 10000% come again and stay here. Irina was very firednly and helpful and always responded promptly to messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Professional, fast and uncomplicated contact. Apartment super clean and modern. Nice style Incredible view and also very quiet due to the height of the apartment and the balcony. Underground parking. The residential complex consists of partly permanent residents and holiday guests, which creates a beautiful atmosphere. Pools were never overcrowded. Amazing place to stay, sometimes you look at the photos and think, this place doesn't look that big. This was the complete opposite, the apartment is huge. Two balconies, a roof terrace and a hot tub! The amenities within the secure complex are brilliant, you're within walking distance to at least 3 beaches and good bars and restaurants. Communication with the host is brilliant, Dominik and Magdalena are super responsive and personable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The apartment is nice, tidy and clean and has everything you need. From the balcony, you can look directly at the sea. A well-maintained natural beach (open sea) is also located directly in front of the residential complex. A very nice beach on the Mar Menor can be reached on foot in 5 minutes. There is also a small supermarket nearby, various Restaurants and other shopping facilities. We'll be happy to come back.

The apartment and the residence are amazing. The apartment had everything you needed for a holiday. It was very clean and seemed to be brand new. Very nice located and easy access to several pools. The terrace was in cooling shade during the day. Very well maintained residence with very nice pool areas. Supermarket just outside the residence and walking distance to both Zenia Boulevard and the beach. Thanks for a great stay in your apartment.

Loved it very comfy and homely had everything you need,perfect for couples or solo

Everything is as you expect it, the only minus point are cameras in the living room. Outside of that to be completely satisfied with everything. Very nice location with very nice views from various places. Highly recommended!
