One out of our five delicately renovated apartments located on the second floor of a charming, characterful farmhouse. It is one of the oldest buildings of a cosy little village in the Valle d’Isarco in Northern Italy. We find ourselves right in the center of sun-blessed South Tyrol, on a hilltop at the entrance of the Gardena and Funes valleys. Close to the dolomites mountains but not far away from the popular towns of Bolzano and Bressanone it is an ideal starting point to explore the region.

Leierhof Karlotta

The spacious apartment Leierhof Karlotta in alpine style is located on a farm at the edge of the village of Rodeneck in the beautiful Eisack Valley. Here you will find a lot of rest and relaxation. The light-flooded apartment with a wonderful view of the Gitschberg and the Wilde Kreuzspitze is furnished with antique sunburnt spruce in combination with Swiss stone pine. It has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom and can accommodate 5 people.

An attic, in a 17th-century barn at 1500 meters, overlooking the mountains and renovated in 2023 with antique woods and local stones. The apartment consists of a dining area with equipped kitchen, as well as a large living room with fireplace and large sofa bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower and a "refuge" with 2 additional beds. The apartment is located in a private house with two residential units. They occupy the entire first floor, their landlord lives on the second. The house is located in a quiet residential area and is a 3-minute walk from the bus stop and village center. Pfalzen is well connected to public transport, and there is a bus service to Brunico every 30 minutes. Apartment has 3 bedrooms, a spacious living-dining area, bathroom and day toilet and a large terrace.

Rindlereck

Our apartment is about 70 square meters and is a 5-minute walk from the center. Break away directly from the house into nature for a walk, hike, or Nordic walking. 5 minutes by car and you reach the Kronplatz (ski resort). The local tax is €1.75/night/person and is required upon arrival. From January 1, 2024, the local tax in Bruneck will be €2.50/person/night.
