This cozy 16m² room features an individual en-suite bathroom, a sitting area/desk, and a private 18m² terrace, offering the charm of an attic-style room. The large wooden terrace, located on the upper floor, provides a privileged view of the lush countryside. Nice house in the quiet countryside, with a large flower garden, 3 km from the village of Parcé. Breakfast is included. It will be sweet and/or savory, served under the pergola if the weather is nice, otherwise in the dining room. Breakfast hours are completely flexible, I live on site. In Moncé-en-Belin, close to the 24 Hours circuit, south of Le Mans, we welcome you all year round in the calm and charm of the Belinoise countryside. 40 minutes from La Flèche Zoo, free admission or family pass depending on requests. Our renovated farmhouse is in a great location. You can also book our small cottage on the same property.
