Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rognac

What a gem of a place and hosts! We traveled to quite a few places during our 2.5 week trip through Europe, and this was by far our favorite stay. Located in the Luberon Valley in the medieval town of Ménerbes, Provence, you only had to look outside of your window to see the vibrant purple shades of the blooming summer lavenders and lavandines. The stay was well appointed with everything you’d need, and the private courtyard provided breathtaking views of the valleys and nearby mountains. The town and stay are rich in history - you’ll enjoy learning about it from hosts Maria and Francois, who are absolutely delightful. A beautiful breakfast of local fresh fruits, pastries, eggs and yogurt was provided, which gave us enough fuel for a long day of walking and sightseeing. My favorite part of it all were the conversations we had with Maria and Francois over breakfast - they’re quite charming and funny; we exchanged stories of our lives and travels. Highly recommend this stay!

Das schöne Zimmer mit Außenküche und Außen-Esszimmer hatte alles, was es für erholsame Tage braucht. Ein duftendes geschmackvolles Schlafzimmer mit gutem Bett und schöner Wäsche, ein wundervoller überdachter und gepflegter Essplatz mit Außenküche, funktionell eingerichtet. Ein großer Pool, jederzeit zu benutzen und größer als auf den Bildern, wunderbar bei heißen Temperaturen nach einem Ausflug - und nachts sogar beleuchtet. Eine zentrale Lage, um die Provence und die Carmargue zu erkunden, auf absolut privatem und großem Gelände mit der Vermieterin Marie Agnes und ihrer diskreten Familie. Auf stille, freundliche und angenehme Art las Marie Agnes uns jeden Wunsch von den Augen ab und gab gute Tipps für die Umgebung. Wunderschönes Vogel-und Froschkonzert am Abend. Wir haben uns bei Martin sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Hof und die Häuser sind liebevoll hergerichtet. Der wunderbare Schattenplatz mit Blick auf die Felder und der Kleine Pool haben uns entspannen lassen. Wunderbar! Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen! Herzlichen Dank!

A perfect place to hide away in plain view in Provence. Right in the middle of the stunning town of Menerbes. Steps away from all the restaurants and the curated epicerie. Although pricey, definitely worth it. Maison O was exactly how we imagined it to be. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Beds extremely comfortable and bathrooms with excellent showers which were definitely needed since the day time temperature never went below 30 for the whole week. Apropos that. A little more shade for the terrace would have been much appreciated. Although there is no AC the interior rooms stayed coolish if all doors and windows were kept closed. The whole experience was fabulous. Our favourite evening activity after the heat of the mid day was a stroll to Cafe Progres, purchasing an Apéritif and sitting on their terrace overlooking the valley. A light breeze to cool us down and a chat with the locals. It really was the quintessential experience in Provence. We would not hesitate to return.

Paulina’s house is amazing. So peaceful lovely nature around. A swimming pool in the garden The house is beautifully decorated with amazing furniture ,nice bed. A nice morning walk of 1 hour took us to the village where we had coffee.Great restaurants. Paulina is an amazing host. She has put a lot of effort in to make you feel right at home and a lot of info. about the area and surroundings . Would love to come back

Nous n'avons jamais été aussi bien reçus (en plus de 10 ans d'airbnb)! La propriété est calme, magnifique; l'appartement très confortable, d'une propreté irréprochable, très bien équipé ; la piscine hyper agréable mais surtout, Marie-France, son mari et leurs petits-enfants ont été d'un accueil, d'une simplicité et d'une gentillesse inégalés. Une rencontre qui nous a marquée et qui nous donne envie de revenir plus longtemps :) Encore m.e.r.c.i à chacun, petits et grands !

Bernadette and Damien were extremely welcoming and lovely. They have a beautiful house and garden that they have put lots of work into. We particularly enjoyed the pool and all of the outdoor seating areas. We would love to come back one day.

L’appartement de Gino est impeccable et bien aménagé. Possibilité de garer sa voiture dans le parking privé. Aldo juste en face de la résidence. Vous pouvez réserver l’appartement de Gino les yeux fermés 👍

Lovely little place to stay if you are looking for a quiet getaway! Close to plenty of things to see and do, all within a 20ish minute walk. It was a very straightforward walk to and from the local train station. Fabienne provided plenty of bathroom supplies including sanitary products, a hair dryer and other amenities. Although the apartment at night was incredibly warm, as it is situated on the top floor, the cooling pad and fans definitely helped. Thank you for a lovely stay!

J’ai réservé le logement en urgence et Antonia a été d’une réactivité exemplaire. L’accueil a été chaleureux, tout s’est fait facilement et dans une ambiance très agréable. Le logement était facile à trouver, avec une place de parking dédiée, ce qui est un vrai plus. L’environnement est calme, paisible, parfait pour se reposer. Je recommande vivement, et je sais déjà où séjourner la prochaine fois que je redescends dans le Sud. Merci encore Antonia !

Nicolas nous a réservé un accueil chaleureux dans son petit paradis marseillais niché dans une ruelle qui surplombe la mer avec, cerise le gâteau, un accès directe à la plage. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter pour profiter du calme, de la vue mer et de la douceur de vivre. Mention spéciale pour les bières fraîches qui nous attendaient à l’arrivée.

Notre séjour chez Anthony s'est super bien passé. Nous avons été accueilli à l'heure indiquée pour notre arrivée très chaleureusement. L'appartement en lui même est très bien équipé, confortable, bien situé, calme et la literie impeccable (nous avons super bien dormi). Nous recommandons cette adresse

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine. Audrey est très accueillante , pétillante, et joignable à tous moments si besoin. En ce qui concerne l appartement, j essaie de trouver quelque chose de négatif mais je ne vois rien. C est extrêmement propre, ça sent bon quand on rentre, des rangements à gogo (ce qui est rare ), d une superficie idéale pour un couple voire 3 personnes et bien sur une vue sur le port magnifique accessible en 2mns à pieds. Bref à refaire dès que possible.

5 mins to the beach. It’s a very nice spot to sit by the water and enjoy. Host was there to greet us, walk us up and show the apartment.

Logement propre et conforme à la description. Appartement les pieds dans l'eau, la plage est située en face. Parking à l'arrière très pratique. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Mathieu et recommandons ce séjour.

Wir haben eine tolle Woche in Gwendolins schöner und gepflegter Wohnung verbracht und uns direkt wohl gefühlt. Die ruhige Lage in Laufnähe zum Vallon des Auffes und vielen schönen Bademöglichkeiten ist perfekt. Wir haben schöne lange Abende auf der traumhaften Dachterrasse verbracht und wären am liebsten gar nicht abgereist. Gwendolin war immer super zu erreichen, flexibel und hilfsbereit. Wir würden die Unterkunft jedem weiterempfehlen und jederzeit wiederkommen.

Admirer un coucher de soleil magnifique depuis la terrasse qui donne sur un étang, une belle vue et un calme extradordinaire, voilà ce que je garde en tête de mon petit séjour dans ce bel appartement bien équipé et bien fonctionnel. Arrivés à 2h du matin avec deux enfants en bas âge, le livret d'accueil transmis par Alfred avant l'arrivée m'a bien rassurée quand à l'organisation. Le lit bébé déjà préparé, l'appartement qui contient tout ce qu'il faut pour y séjourner en famille et surtout le calme m'ont bien donné raison d'avoir choisi ce logement pour mon séjour plutôt que d'aller à l'hôtel. Alfred est très réactif et bien accueillant. Merci beaucoup
