Our apartment is located in the beautiful village of Niederkappel, up in the heights of the Mühlviertel right behind the Danube Valley between Passau and Linz. Important information for bikers traveling on the Danube cycle path: From the Danube banks (Obermühl) it's a 3km steep, exhausting climb up to Niederkappel. If you are fit enough for that, you are very welcome to stay at our place. The views down onto the Danube will compensate for the efforts.

Our charming new apartment is located in the district of Linz Urfahr in a quiet location, close to the university. The 64 m² are divided into anteroom, bedroom, first-class kitchen-living room with access to the large balcony, toilet, storage room and bathroom with bathtub. From noon onwards, you can enjoy the sun on the beautiful spacious balcony. The elevator takes our guests to the second floor, where our lovingly furnished apartment is located.
