You'll be sleeping in a cozy bedroom with an all-glass shield overlooking the lime. You may also see a roe deer in the morning pasture right from the bed.

There are plenty of interesting and pleasant things nearby, the castle of Lipnice nad Sázavou, quarries, forests, meadows, rivers and ponds, all of which are dominated by the mythical Melechov. The cottage is small, fully furnished, comfortable for two people. It will be appreciated by romantics and lovers of old times.

We offer an accommodation in a cottage, situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village Horní Lhotice nearby Kralice nad Oslavou. The cottage is fully equipped and provides 3 double beds and 3 single beds in three bedrooms. Two bedrooms are located upstairs. The stairs are slightly steeper. One of the upper rooms is connected with a common room by a gallery. There is also a kitchen, a bathroom with toilet in the house. Guests are provided with the outdoor seating area with a fireplace.

In the wider surroundings, there is also Svojanov Castle, Zubštejn, Aueršperk, Svratka, Devět skal, Pohledecká skála.... Well-marked cycling (excellent terrain) and hiking trails. Třetí host spí na matraci nebo pohovce v obýváku. Je prakticky zařízený, moderní kuchyň, kávovar, čaj a vše potřebné k vaření. Nemáme TV. Byt je určený pro hosty, kteří hledají odpočinek a klid na práci. V zimě topíme klimatizací a je to ok, dům je kvalitně zateplený. V den příjezdu je byt již vytopený a dále si teplotu určujete sami.

The cabin is located on the edge of the village in a nice location in the middle of nature. It is a detached building with an adjacent fireplace where you can grill and it has its own entrance. It is possible to park in front of the garages of the family house behind the fence, the accommodated guest has their own remote control from the gate and then walk 100m along the sidewalk to the cabin.
