Converted from a grade 2 listed Victorian railway station just a few minutes walk to Hornsea’s award winning beaches and historic town centre with a variety of shops,restaurants and other holiday activities. Whether you like walking,cycling,fishing or just chilling out on the beach then Hornsea has it all. A good base to explore all the other Yorkshire seaside towns and local countryside. We are also very dog friendly and (due to the size of the property) can take up to two, well behaved, dogs.

We are proud that our seaside cabin with a private sunny garden is one of the top rated homes on Airbnb! It’s a step away from the Transpennine Way, the beach, and Hornsea Mere. We welcome one small, well trained dog and two people. Our super-king bed can be split into a twin on request. There’s a lovely hot shower, smart TV, Wifi, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster, and microwave. The bed, breakfast bar and comfy sofas all overlook the private garden which has bifolding doors onto the deck.

There is 1 double bedroom with en-suite, large lounge with Sky tv, sunroom/2nd bedroom with double sofa bed and a dining table and there is a separate toilet. The cottage has a spacious outdoor area with a BBQ and fire pit. It's a 15 to 20 minute walk into town, shops, restaurants, pubs etc. Beach access very close.

The house is close by the sea a 10 minutes walk east on the bridalpath. A 20 mins walk in to the town to explore cafes/bars & local independent shops, Mere, Museum, Honeysuckle Farm all well worth a visit. With other near by places to visit in land and on the East coast. Pop the kettle on & make your way to the secluded tranquil rear garden and enjoy the sounds of the countryside. Take in the sunset at what is said to be the sunniest spot in Skipsea before getting cosy in front of the wood burning fire for the night. Wake up being spoilt for choice with many dog friendly beaches nearby.
