Rometta Castle, historic home with pool

CorneliaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
The Castello di Rometta is a very unique accommodation in the small Tuscan village of Rometta: a castle as it stands in the book, old walls (nice and cool in summer) with various art objects and pictures, all very lovingly furnished. However, the many stairs are not suitable for older or people with walking disabilities. The associated pool, to which you go down a few stairs into a private garden belonging to the castle, is very nice and large and filled with salty water, for our young children this was a highlight. You can drive to the sea for a good half hour by car and find a very nice and uncrowded beach . The host is very kind and helpful and always easily accessible. We enjoyed our stay at the Castello di Rometta!

Vineyard house, Tuscany / Cinque Terre

AnnarosaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Wonderful house, spacious and comfortable spaces, fully furnished with everything. Fantastic garden, with attention to the smallest details, with a whirlpool spa tub. A cute and quiet village, surrounded by greenery and in a very convenient location for exploring La Spezia and the 5 Terre. Thanks for everything Maurella, we had a great time and when we come back to this area, we will definitely come back to see you!

Cosy house for 4 in Tuscany village

KatrinaRating, 5 stars10 months ago
My daughter and I stayed here for a week and it felt like home. We will miss waking up to the sound of chickens and church bells and the local farmer coming through on his tractor. Carla and her husband are warm and gracious hosts who care a lot. I fell ill on our second day and Carla kindly escorted me to the hospital to help me get a prescription for antibiotics, then showed me to the pharmacy. We were lucky enough to plan our trip for the village festival in August and spent our evenings dancing and drinking with the whole town and their kids and dogs to wonderful live music. It was special to be part of this celebration of remembrance and the comeback of this community. The place was cozy and clean and had everything we needed, even a bathroom each… we shared food with each other and Carla had good recommendations for local beaches. You really need a rental car here; a long mountain drive but so beautiful and you won’t regret being here. We will miss you Bardine di San Terenzo!

Villa Chiara 9 pax with pool and sunny garden

The place was very beautiful and spacious. The Grandmother living downstairs is kind and helpful. We traveled with our children (3) and the place was very suitable to their needs. Pool, kitchen and the living room left nothing to be wanted. There were two cats, who were friendly towards us.

Casa La Lucciola, beautiful view of the Appennines

BartRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Had a wonderfully quiet stay. Everything I needed was provided. The house itself was incredibly cozy, beautiful and handy. This made me feel right at home. In the area you can walk nicely and what an amazing view from the terrace. This is a really big plus. The contact with Lieke was very nice. She is early and helps well. I will definitely come back to this great nice cottage. Thank you so much for letting me stay with you!

Casa Letizia Fosdinovo in the village of Pulica

BradleyRating, 5 stars10 months ago
After finding the house eventually…it was very challenging but silvia assisted through a call to find place. I would suggest a map or directions in detail sent in advance. The basement is kitchen and dining which is so nice however is smelly due to damp and age. It’s characteristic but a bit off putting. Shower and beds comfortable. Ac was perfect after a long day in the sun. Roads are very narrow, a reserve camera is key to making your 5 point turns in the village!!

Casa Di Geremia with swimming pool

MarjolijnRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We stayed with our family 7 nights in this nice house. Our 2 sons each had their own spacious bedroom and shared a bathroom together. My husband & I had our own bathroom. The house is very large, very clean and equipped with every comfort. The private garden with swimming pool is a real treat! From the house we visited many interesting places in the region and everything can be reached with about 1 hour drive: La Spezia, beach at La Spezia, surf beach at Levante, Cinque Terre, Carrassa, Pisa, Lucca and the NP Alpi Apuano. There are several restaurants in the nearby villages. The host is very welcoming and friendly. We received a homemade cake upon arrival! And she gave useful tips. Our vacation at this place was great! We highly recommend this lovely holiday home!
