Nestled by the river Seine, in an artist village in the region of Champagne, this former priory is located only 100km from Paris (55mn direct train between the neighboring Nogent s/Sein and Gare de l'Est). This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Profitez de la terrasse privative pour vos petits-déjeuners au soleil ou vos soirées sous les étoiles, dans le calme absolu de la campagne. L’endroit parfait pour faire une pause loin du tumulte, tout en restant connecté au monde si besoin.

Newly renovated pleasant 40 m2 house comprising 1 living room, open kitchen equipped for cooking well. 1 bedroom with 2 beds of 90 cm that can accommodate a couple by joining them or 2 work colleagues by separating them with an office, fiber installed, a large dressing room, 1 bathroom with walk-in shower, separate toilet. A courtyard in front and a garden in the back to enjoy the sun. Quiet neighborhood and close to shops, convenient for people traveling or on weekends. Pets not allowed.

Studio in City Center

The studio is located in our small 150 m2 garden. It has its own terrace which ensures a calm and quiet atmosphere. The geographical location is ideal for discovering the Camille Claudel Museum, but also for working at the CNPE. A very quiet little Cavalier King Charles Spaniel lives in our house. The space is equipped with a 140 x 190 cm high bed. 100 m away, you can park in the parking lot of the church.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your meals, including an induction stove, oven, microwave and fridge/freezer.

Studio located on the 2nd floor of a building in the heart of downtown Nogent sur Seine, 2 steps from the market hall, shops, cinema, etc. Close to the different companies (Soufflet, CNPE) and only 1h10 from Paris in TER. Free church parking 7/7 24/24 5mn walk. No smoking in the unit. Self check-in.
