Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Ronciglione

Es war unser zweiter Sommer, von dem wir eine sehr entspannte Zeit im Haus und Garten von Giuliana und Stefano verbracht haben, was eigentlich schon genug aussagt darüber, wie es uns hier gefällt. Die beiden sind freundliche, sehr diskrete Gastgeber, so dass man sich selbst dann, wenn sie auf dem riesigen Grundstück mal anwesend sind, um sich um ihre Nutzpflanzen zu kümmern, kaum etwas davon mitbekommt. Das Haus hat eine herrliche Alleinlage an einem sanften Hang oberhalb vom Bolsenasee und unterhalb von Montefascione, und bis auf die Wochenenden, wenn verstärkter Verkehr auf der am Grundstück vorbeiführenden Straße zum See herrscht, ist es überwiegend sehr ruhig hier, was uns eine wirklich tolle und entspannte Zeit beschert hat.

We loved at stay at this beautiful place! Andrea and Chiara were wonderful hosts, responsive, helpful and very resourceful! The accommodation was spotless and perfect for our little family of four (2 adults and 2 young children). Plenty of places to eat nearby and the view of the lake is just spectacular! We wish we could have stayed longer.

We chose the property based only on the listing description and pictures, which turned out to be very accurate. Really lovely house in beautiful surroundings, immersed in nature and quiet. The house was characterful, clean and large enough to easily accomodate our party of 7 in 4 separate bedrooms. The property was very well equipped, including Wi-Fi (even though mobile reception was good enough). Beautiful reception rooms on the ground floor, and books everywhere! The temperature during our stay was in the high twenties/low thirties but the house remained quite cool. Can't comment on what it would be like in winter. A car is required as the property is isolated and not served by public transport, but the nearest village is only 10 minutes away by car (very narrow roads). We loved the place and would recommend it for people visiting the area (provided you don't mind staying off the beaten path).

Adelaide’s place is very peaceful -- you can hear the birds chirping in the garden and there's a comfortable hammock a few steps from the front door and an outdoor shower nearby -- and yet it's only a few minutes from Atigliano. Important for me: Adelaide is a dog lover and was very kind and helpful with my dog, Mocha. The only small drawback is that the indoor shower is tiny. I'm tall with an average build and could hardly fit in it. But the lovely outdoor shower (which provides privacy) made up for it and is a treat on a hot day.

L'alloggio di Sara e Salvatore è un gioiello curato nei minimi dettagli. Abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo tutte le piccole attenzioni riservate ai loro ospiti. La vista è incredibile e si gode di una tranquillità impagabile. Gli host sono disponibilissimi. Speriamo di riuscire a tornare prestissimo!

L'alloggio era davvero bello, sia all'esterno per la sua collocazione nella parte più antica di Trevignano Romano, sia all'interno con un arredamento molto accogliente e rispettoso del tipo di ambiente. All'interno abbiamo trovato tutti i comfort promessi e l'Host Ambra è stata davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo raccomando senz'altro

Estar na casa de Patrícia e Ângelo foi como estar na casa de mãe. Com liberdade para entrar e sair mas com muito carinho, nos sentimos em casa. A casa é muito melhor que nas fotos, o local tem fácil acesso, extremamente limpo e tem todas as comodidades necessárias, uma verdadeira joia. Recomendo a todos e com certeza voltaremos

Cristiano è un host disponibile in ogni aspetto del soggiorno: dal momento della prenotazione fino al momento del check-out. Molto importante il suo aiuto anche per quanto riguarda la possibilità di “appoggiarsi” ad un ristorante raggiungibile a piedi. La casa è stata perfetta per le nostre necessità: tre stanze da letto, un bagno con una bella cabina doccia e la zona giorno molto funzionale. Parcheggio gratuito a pochi metri da casa. Un punto strategico che terrò in considerazione per future visite in zona.

I had a fantastic stay at Barbara's place with my husband and 2 year old son. The house was wonderful, traditional, well kept and with everything you would need for a very pleasant stay. The location is stunning, with beautiful views from the house and from many vantage points around the old town. It was so peaceful and the local people very friendly. Barbara herself was an amazing host who went above and beyond to give us suggestions for routes into Rome, sights to see and the best places to eat. She was so responsive and we didnt need to worry about a thing. Would highly recommend for a relaxing, beautiful stay outside the fantastic yet exhausting chaos of Rome!

Wir haben unseren Urlaub von der ersten bis zur letzten Minute genossen. Die Aussicht war beeindruckend, das sitzen auf Terrasse wunderschön, die Tipps von Cristina hilfreich und gut. Das Bett war für uns perfekt, da es angenehm fest ist und die Wohnung ist großzügig .Toll!! Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Appartamento piccolo ma accogliente in una zona splendida, esci e sei in un borgo medievale, fai due passi e sei a fare colazione in riva al lago. Anguillara inoltre è collegata a Roma dal treno, in mezz'ora sei alla stazione di San Pietro, logisticamente una soluzione ideale. Simona gentile, reattiva e precisa. Consiglio.

Soggiorno ottimo nel centro storico di Viterbo. Appartamento ampio su due livelli, con due camere e un soggiorno con divano letto. Cucina al piano superiore con grazioso terrazzo con vista sui tetti della città. Appartamento pulito e istruzione di check in chiare.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad op onze fietsreis naar Rome in de studio van Fabio. Grote, mooie ruimte met prachtig uitzicht over de heuvels. Fabio zorgde dat onze fietsen 200m verderop veilig in een garage konden staan. De e-bike kon daar opladen. Fabio hielp zelfs de bagage de trap op te dragen vanaf de straat naar de studio. Zijn aanbeveling voor een restaurant beviel erg goed. Amelia is een prachtig stadje en we komen graag nog eens terug, in de studio van Fabio!

Daniela è stata gentilissima e molto disponibile oltre ad essere un host serio e professionale. L'appartamento è pulito, ben arredato e ben attrezzato di tutto il necessario. La posizione è perfetta per raggiungere le principali attrazioni della zona che sono davvero tante. Una particolare segnalazione va fatta all'area esterna, molto ben attrezzata e ideale per un riposino pomeridiano al ritorno dalle visite. Vorremmo nuovamente ringraziare Daniela per la squisita ospitalità nella speranza di poter tornare presto a visitare questi splendidi luoghi.

Victoria was amazing. She was super proactive and accessible. She helped us to navigate around the lake and gave restaurant recommendations and assistance with reservations.

Wonderful place to stay for the beauty and peaceful Italian countryside. Romina was the perfect host. Romina’s mother made the best breakfast for us. I would rate this as one of the best Bed & Breakfast places in all of Italy.

Ein großartiger Ort zum Entspannen! Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und bietet viele Bereiche, die perfekt zum Ausruhen sind. Das Wohnzimmer ist mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet, die an heißen Tagen für angenehme Kühle sorgt. Die Schlafzimmer verfügen über Ventilatoren, die einwandfrei funktionieren. Giulia, die uns empfangen hat, war äußerst hilfsbereit und hat jederzeit sofort auf unsere Nachrichten reagiert. Die Terrassen bekommen sowohl zum Sonnenaufgang als auch zum Sonnenuntergang viel Sonne – ein faszinierendes Erlebnis. Der Pool ist groß und gut ausgestattet, mit bequemen Liegestühlen zum Entspannen. Ich kann diesen Ort nur wärmstens empfehlen! Und wenn ich wieder in der Gegend bin, würde ich diese Erfahrung sehr gerne erneut erleben.

This place is magical! It’s even better than the pictures, it’s a little oasys of green and beauty. The house is like a cozy cottage surrounded by majestic oaks, lush green and with a gorgeous sunset! There’s lots to do in the surroundings, Vitorchiano, Villa Lante, the Moutan botanical garden and more. Federica is extremely kind and responsive, she always helped and was very flexible. We loved the place and hope to come back soon!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Airbnb. The location was peaceful and quiet—perfect for relaxing and unwinding. One of the true highlights was the outdoor living area, complete with a beautiful pool that made every moment feel like a retreat. What truly made the experience exceptional, though, was our host, Claudia. She was incredibly kind and responsive, always checking in to make sure we had everything we needed. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel like part of her family. Her warmth and hospitality truly set this stay apart. I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re looking for a tranquil getaway with a gracious, welcoming host and a beautiful space to enjoy, this is it!

Renato è stato molto disponibile, il suo alloggio molto spazioso è ben posizionato e in una zona molto tranquilla. Ideale per gruppi o famiglie anche numerose!

Couldn’t fault host nor house! Perfect place and perfect host! Had full family of six (14, 17, 19, 24 years old) and plenty to do and see. Highly recommend Bracciano Castle, eating in Travignano, walking up to the national park behind the house, swimming in the lake…and more. We intended to go to Rome, but we were glad to not to have to drive….and left it to do on our last day. It wasn’t long enough, but we had a good day in Rome and the train is very easy from the airport. Giorgia and Bechara were great. Very clear with everything and very warm and welcoming. Would love to go back.

What a lovely property and host! Andrea was very friendly and helpful. He gave us a tour of the home and answered any questions we had before leaving us to enjoy the wonderful property. He even sent us restaurant recommendations which turned out to be amazing. The property itself is picturesque and almost felt unreal. My family was in awe and couldn’t stop mentioning how it was the nicest part of our trip (which we stayed in multiple places throughout). It was impeccably clean without a single speck of dust present. The furnishings were all perfectly picked and each added charm to the home. The rooms were cozy and all had wonderful views. We almost didn’t even notice the weather was gloomy the few days we were there because of how much we enjoyed the home itself. I can only imagine when it’s sunny and warm! Thank you for everything Andrea. We definitely plan to come back!
