It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

Short distance to the public transport axis, with frequent service to Arendal, Fevik, Lillesand and Kristiansand. It is 30 minutes in car to the zoo in Kristiansand.
