Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Rosedale, Old Toronto

Jen and Will were great hosts. Their place was a cozy and quiet haven at the end of our busy days while being a very convenient, very short walk to a subway station. The shared back deck was a peaceful place to start our day. Fantastic neighbourhood as well with nearby convenience stores and many top quality restaurants. We'd definitely stay again.

Liz was very helpful and very responsive throughout our stay. The unit was spotless and had everything you could think of! It was so cozy and quiet while also being close to some fun restaurants and a quick drive to downtown Toronto! I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone going on a solo trip or going on a trip with a partner or friend!

We had a phenomenal stay and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I can honestly say this was my best Airbnb experience over the past ten years. The house is pristine and full of high end appliances, furniture, and fixtures that will make you want to hire an interior designer, but also totally quiet and comfortable. There is a wonderful espresso machine with coffee provided. There were TONS of kids toys that my son loved and both a crib and toddler bed. My son always has trouble sleeping in new places, but he literally fell asleep there faster than he does at home -- probably because of the lovely park and playground a few blocks away and the accessibility of things to do. The host was extremely responsive and even took pictures of a pine cone in different locations in the backyard after we left to keep up the game I had with my son that the garden gnomes next door were moving it. I literally cannot say enough how great this place was!!!

The location of this apartment is fabulous. Easy to get from the airport and to get into the centre of Toronto. There is a big supermarket and liquor store a few minutes walk away and many restaurants, cafes and bars. High park is a short walk and the surrounding roads are very pretty. The bed in the apartment is comfortable, the shower is great. It’s quiet at night and easy to sleep.

we had an incredible two-week stay at John and Sarah's place! From the moment I arrived, we felt right at home. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described. One of my favorite moments was sitting in the backyard early in the morning with my coffee, hearing the birds chirp—it was the perfect way to start my day. John and Sarah were incredibly hospitable and went above and beyond to ensure I had everything I needed. Their local tips and recommendations made my trip even more special, and the easy access to TTC made getting around the city a breeze. I highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back!

We had a fantastic experience staying at Jason's Airbnb! From our initial contact, the process was smooth and seamless. His communication was exceptional, covering everything from parking details to home access, as well as great dining recommendations. The place itself is beautiful both inside and out, and it felt very safe. It looked exactly like the photos, which is always a plus! Communication was easy, and Jason's response time was super quick, making everything hassle-free. I’d highly recommend staying here if you’re in Toronto. The location is perfect for getting around the city with Uber as well. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Our young family enjoyed staying here for a week long holiday visiting friends living close by. The house felt like a home away from home. We were comfortable and had all we needed for our stay (high chair, plates and cups, baby cot, toys as well as all the usual amenities like towels, linen, kitchen utensils, etc). We arrived late one night and the host made sure the pack and play was set up for the baby so we could get straight to sleep. The house in a walking distance to Mount Pleasant and Bayview Avenue - both areas full of cool restaurants and shops. It’s well connected as well - a short 3 min walk to lots of buses going to Eglington subway station which gets you downtown in 30-40 mins. Buses are frequent and we never waited more than 2 mins for a bus.

Ian was so lovely and helpful with recommendations and directions! The unit was so cute, very clean and it really ended up feeling like our own apartment in the city! Perfect location, quiet but so close to two major train lines and lots of cute shops/restaurants nearby. Adorable back patio and off street parking was such a plus! Can not wait to stay with Ian again!!!!

Our first Airbnb stay and it was a great experience! The host was fantastic—very helpful, responsive, and made sure everything we needed was available. The place is clean, safe (24/7 security), and perfect for a family of three. Philip, the security guard, was very kind and helpful. The kitchen is fully equipped—we cooked breakfast and dinner easily. A washing machine, dryer, and iron are also provided. Comfortable bed and sofa bed made for a good night's sleep. Location is amazing—walking distance to Dundas St, Eaton Centre, CN Tower, Queen’s Terminal, and St. Michael’s Basilica. Grocery stores like No Frills, Metro, Bulk Barn, and St. Lawrence Market are nearby. Will definitely stay here again when in Toronto!

We rented Kylie’s entire place for our party of 5 while we were in town for U of T commencement. The home was perfectly located to everything- campus, Kensington Market, etc. very close to public transportation too. We felt right at home in the fully stocked kitchen and especially on the deck. The beds were very comfortable as well. The space feels “lived in”, which it is, in true Airbnb fashion. We appreciated the personal touches in the space.

place is quite walkable. even so quiet area.

His place was clean and tidy. I did have a hard time getting inside not knowing what apartment was his. But with that being said I went back into the details and it was all there and was very clear. So make sure to read details, more become available once confirmed. Compared to the outside of the building walking into his place was like a little oasis. I would definitely stay there again because it was nice and clean. A lot of restaurants and shops right on his street. I was able to walk a lot of places even though it’s a busy street. You really don’t hear anything inside I was able to sleep peacefully. Thanks Khaled dor being a great host!

Not only is the place great but Sherry was an amazing host as well! She was flexible with our timings and was very proactive in recommending places & checking in on us. Place was very clean, has everything you need in a compact place, and in a great location to walk downtown. Would highly recommend!

As my first Airbnb experience, we have a wonderful time at Natalia and Tamara’s apartment. They were super responsive. Always ready to help. Place was squeaky clean. Well organized. We were in town to attend a couple Jays games and see DT Toronto. This location was great for both. Also easy access to Union station. Condo was just right for us.

We had a great time staying at this condo in Toronto—it reminded us a lot of our old place in Chicago. The view overlooking the city was beautiful, and the neighborhood itself was surprisingly calm and not overly crowded. There were plenty of nearby food and coffee options, which made it easy to grab something quickly without having to venture far. The location is well-connected, with convenient access to multiple train lines, and the condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and easy to settle into. I especially appreciated the eclectic artwork from different cultures throughout the home—it gave the space a unique and welcoming charm. All the appliances were easy to use, and the overall setup worked really well for a small group wanting to stay close to downtown. One heads-up: the parking garage can feel a bit tight if you’re driving a larger vehicle, but it’s definitely manageable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, convenient place in Toronto, this is it!

Perfect location - right in the middle of all downtown activities. Perfect hub for a busy few days in Toronto. High enough floor to feel like you're all by yourself and in the perfect oasis. Karl super responsive and friendly host - top rating there. Amazing place, will come back again for sure as my go to Toronto place to stay.
