Our turn-of-the-century house features a colourful guest room with 10’ ceilings, a clawfoot bathtub right by the fireplace, a private entrance, and free parking. Located on the main floor, the room is separated from the rest of the house (lockable from within), but we live just upstairs & are here to help. The room has an open concept layout, making it ideal for one person or a long-term couple (note that the bathroom is a part of the space, with a privacy screen for the toilet).

Feel taken away from the city in this modern basement apartment. The 2-bedroom unit is equipped with a fully stocked kitchen, living room, dining area, office space, and laundry facilities. It is located in a quiet area of Midtown Toronto and gives you access to all amenities including restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Please note there is no air conditioning, but the apartment is relatively cool and large fans are provided just in case.
