Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Rosemary Beach

This condo is awesome. It was our first time in Panama City Beach and we will definitely go back. Chris and Cameron are extremely responsive and amazing hosts. The place is exactly as described in the post and what you see in the pictures is what it looks like. You can’t get closer to the beach and the area is great. Very quiet and clean gated community with a private beach (no public access). Beach was clean and absolutely amazing. The place is really close to some grocery stores, cvs and some really good restaurants. We definitely recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quiet vacation.

The room had a beautiful view and a large balcony.We saw some dolphins a few times,and some stingrays from the balcony.The room was clean and exactly as described.Alex was wonderful and responsive when we had any questions.He also allowed us to show up a hour early.We had our own stuff,but if needed there is a closet full of umbrellas and beach toys.I would definitely recommend this place to anybody,and if I come back to pcb,I will likely try to stay here again.

The condo is very nice, clean, peaceful. Pictures are wonderful in showing you what to expect yet the experience of it is So Much More. I definitely recommend this location. 2 thumbs up, a perfect score

We had a wonderful stay at Seaglass Shores at Splash. The room was super kid-friendly, spacious, and clean. We enjoyed both bedrooms having comfy king size beds, big bathrooms and room for our daughter's bassinet and things. Being in an end room allowed for easy access to the elevator, a great balcony with outdoor seating and a quiet stay. Zach Munoz was very helpful with his communication both before the trip started and during with his quick responses. He created a downloadable guide that allowed for all room information, instructions, and recommendations in one place. Awesome! We had a lovely vacation and would definitely stay at Seaglass Shores at Splash again!

The resort was perfect for me and my wife. We really enjoyed the private feel. The restaurants on The grounds were all amazing.

Great location with everything you could possibly need! Wonderful balcony and so close to beach. Susan was so responsive making sure we had everything we needed.

This place truly is amazing. The community the property is surrounded by is outstanding, the beach was amazing, and the unit itself was everything a family could ask for. It was spotless, extremely well stocked, easy access to the beach, and very close to all the major attractions and things to do in Panama City. We really couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend this stay!

Our family of 4 really enjoyed our stay at Ashley’s condo. It’s exactly as described and the location can’t be beat. We especially loved dinners out on the balcony with the amazing views.

This property exceeded our expectations from the gulf/beach view to the well stocked apartment. Stanton provided an outstanding experience and thinks of everything you will need while on vacation including beach gear, snacks, coffee service, and laundry just to name a few of what he provides. I would stay here again without hesitation. Stanton is responsive to any request and goes above and beyond to accommodate his guests. You can book this location with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

Kendra and her place we’re absolutely amazing. The condo was right on the beach and it looked like a movie every time I woke up. It was so relaxing to wake up at the beach every day and Kendra’s condo was exactly how she described it! I cannot wait to be back!

Florin was responsive to any questions we had. Check-in was very easy, the unit was beautiful, and the location was perfect for being close to everything we needed!

We loved staying at the Watercrest! This was our first time to PCB with our kids, and it did not disappoint. I love that Cort’s condo is on the quiet stretch of PCB. It was perfectly clean and stunning the moment we walked in. The views are truly breathtaking. The beds were super comfy, hot water that never ran out, and a gorgeous kitchen to cook in. The kids loved their bunk beds. We were surprised that there were no beach towels, so we had to go to Walmart again to pick some up before going to the beach. The pool was amazing. The tiki bar makes awesome pina coladas!! And some good wings too. The beach was perfect for our kids (8 & 5) and we felt the waters were calm enough even on the “roughest” day for them to be out there by themselves at times. Loved the two chaise loungers that we got each day on the beach. He also had a closet full of boogie boards, noodles, inner tubes, beach cart with wheels, etc. We ate out a few times — Alibi restaurant was so good, best coconut shrimp!

My husband and I decided to celebrate our anniversary in Panama City and I gotta say…our stay was wonderful!!! The pictures matched what we saw in person except it was 10x better in person! We could see the beautiful beach from our room. It was very clean and check in instructions were very clear. All amenities stated are there. It’s a very private and reserved area, which we really loved. It felt safe. The Security crew at the little shack when you enter, were very attentive and nice. There were many breakfast restaurants around the area, that was a plus as we are big breakfast eaters! We would definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone and everyone who is looking to book near PCB!!! 🏖️😎

My husband and I wanted to take a short trip to PCB. This Airbnb is top tier. The pictures don’t do it justice. This place is even more beautiful in person. The condo was very clean, the decor is beautiful and the space smelled amazing ( I had to find out what kind of scent was used in the space….. lol). The place truly felt like home. The communication with Alex was on point. He was very quick to respond to any questions I had. The instructions provided were very clear and precise. We will definitely come back to visit in the near future.

This home was such a blessing to us! We didn't realize how amazing it was to be able to use the golf cart to get to the beach AND Publix until we got there. It made our travel so stress free and convenient! I was grateful for the host's maps they provided so we never felt confused on where to go. We also loved that the house was so close to great restaurants at and around Rosemary Beach. The home was clean and incredibly kid friendly in its amenities for my 3 and 1 year old. Wish we could have stayed another day!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in WaterSound, Florida! Our family of six had more than enough space, and the furniture and decor were both stylish and in great condition. The kitchen was well-stocked with everything we needed to cook and enjoy meals together. The location was perfect—just a quick 5-minute bike ride to one of the most peaceful, uncrowded beaches on 30A. I’d recommend bringing a wagon or something to pull your beach gear if you plan on biking there. The included 6-seater golf cart was a great perk, though just a heads up—it can’t be taken out of the neighborhood or on the boardwalk to the beach (only 4-seaters are allowed there). The adult bikes were great to have, and we easily rented bikes for the kids at The Big Chill nearby. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely come back. This area of 30A is one of the best, in my opinion—beautiful, relaxing, and not overly crowded!

This was the best Air B n B I’ve ever stayed at. Wendy was very responsive and in contact throughout our stay. The house is beautifully done, we loved everything about its. The coffee bar was awesome, the back porch and pool area was all very relaxing, we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of shopping and dining nearby, beach is a block away. I wish I could give more than 5 stars, Wendy and her home are more than deserving. We will definitely return to the home in the future when it’s available.

This Airbnb was perfect for our anniversary trip! The house was spotless, the host was easy to reach if needed, and just a quick 10 min walk away from the beach. We highly recommend and would stay here again!

The home is exactly as described. It was clean, had plenty of kitchen items to make it feel like home. It was very quiet, and exactly what we hoped to book. We didn’t have time to use the golf cart, but it was nice to have just in case!

The stunning balcony view and being steps to the beach made this recently remodeled condo ideal for us (two parents with teens). We were blown away by the spaciousness inside and the modern, comfortable decor. Great beds and showers, nice appliances, everything provided that we could possibly need (fans, beach chairs/towels/umbrella/toys/cooler), and just an overall warmth and hospitality. You could also rent beach chairs and umbrellas or do parasailing and more right on the beach. There are carts available to bring up groceries and luggage on the surprisingly fast elevators. The bar across the street and being in a large high rise condo setting made for some noise at times, but we used white noise apps at night and had no issues. It's an older condo, but clean with easy parking and access to everything. On top of everything else, Kelli was incredibly responsive and friendly! We loved her restaurant recs. NOTHING beats the view, convenience, or loveliness of this gorgeous Airbnb.
