A parking space at the back of the residence is available for guests.

Located in the heart of the historic center of Sarlat on the famous Rue Montaigne, in a house dating from the Middle Ages, renovated in 2020 to maximize its heritage (stone, parquet floors), the 64 m2 apartment offers a terrace and exceptional views of the Saint-Sacerdos Cathedral and the Jardins des Enfeux. Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. Our 23 m2 studio is located in the city center of Mauriac on a quiet street with little traffic. The accommodation has a sofa bed with a 140 x 190 cm mattress and a large shower. Nearby you can find all the necessary amenities. The apartment is located a 2-minute walk from a bakery and the square where a farmers' market is held on Saturday mornings. Two supermarkets are a 10-minute drive from the property.

Apartment on the ground floor of the owners' house, independent entrance, located three kilometers from the village, unobstructed view of the peaks of Cantal, very quiet location. The kitchen is equipped (fridge, induction stove, coffee machine, dishwasher, oven and microwave oven). The pool is available on sunny days (the pool is not heated). Pets are allowed but the property is not fenced and I provide a plaid for the sofa if necessary.
