It is on the 2nd floor of my 100+ year old four-square home. It has a private entrance with a keypad. The entance stairwell and laundry is a common space, as there's 2 other units. Its in walking distance to public transit, shops, restaurants, places of worship, banks, and a grocery store. Unfortunately this space it too small for pets, NO PETS

There are framed Warhol prints throughout, and the wonderful Warhol Museum is less than 10 minutes away via car/Uber—or the corner bus will drop you on its doorstep in 20! (PNC Park, Heinz Field and downtown Pittsburgh are reached in same way/time.) Within walking distance of several restaurants, shops, brewery, bakery, park, etc.
