Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

Our house is in the immediate vicinity of the royal castles at the gateway to the Ammer Mountains. Lake Ilass with a swimming beach (Forggensee) is only 500 meters away. Ideal starting point for numerous outdoor activities.
